Located on Princes Wharf with stunning views across the harbour to Devonport. The 85 m2 one bedroom penthouse apartment has a very
large living area with air conditioning/heat pump, opening onto full deck to sit and watch the maritime traffic.
My Sky HDi included plus unlimited wifi package. Secure covered carpark included .
Princes Wharf is a working wharf but the majority of the cruise liners now berth at Queens Wharf which is opposite - go to Ports of Auckland website for the timetable.
Apartment serviced weekly and/or on departure including full linen change.
No smoking please in apartment or on balcony.

Great location, with an ever changing view, while surprisingly quite. Loved the close proximity to city centre , transport and restaurants.will definitely stay again and recommend to family/ friends.

My stay was excellent. And everthing (Check In / Out outsite of the business hours, weekly clean up...) was very well organized. The only thig thta can be a concern are the cruise ships sometimes staying overnight face to the flat. The noise of the engine of the big ones running 24/7 can be quite annoying. but in averal it was a very very good stay.

Hi Frederic - thank you for your comments - we do state within the listing that during the cruise season (NZ Summer) some boats do moor alongside the Wharf. The wharf is a working wharf. This summer was very busy with nearly 100 ships visiting Auckland - the main terminal is at Queens Wharf but Ports of Auckland use Princes Wharf as an "overflow", from October to April we had 25 ships outside the apartment. We do suggest that before booking the apartment to always check Port website timetable but the Air BnB system does not allow us to actually give the URL on the listing itself. The majority of the ships that come into Auckland arrive early in the morning and then leave at the end of the day/early evening so you are not disturbed at night - but of course there will always be an exception to the rule - this week there is one moored at the wharf for 3 days!!! Which is pretty tough on our guests but beyond our control. The good thing is that this apartment is on the top level so the ship is not so imposing.

Superb location in the middle shed on Princes Wharf, great views out to Waiheke and Rangitoto, and all the ferries coming and going. We've stayed in a few apartments on Princes Wharf, and this is by far the best one bedroom. It stretches across the top floor of the shed, and get lots of sun. Nice high ceiling gives a great feeling of space. Nicely furnished, with all the things you'll need in the kitchen - although there are no basic foods stocks like oil and the like, so you'll need to buy everything in if you want to cook. Suggestion to the owner - a sun umbrella and BBQ would make this a truly amazing place to rent, but even without these we can absolutely recommend this apartment.

The apartment was in a great location with restaurants and bars all over the place. Also, the ferry service was just a few minutes away, which was very convenience.

-Great apartment and amazing view -Very clean and I stayed for two weeks so there was a cleaner who came in once a week -Bed was super comfy -It had everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils -Fantastic location in Princes Wharf -Overall very satisfied with the apartment and would highly recommend it -It was very easy to pick up the keys from the security guard who helped me find the right car parks to park in

Minimum stay is one week although over the quieter winter months some properties are available for stays of five days or longer.
