No smoking or pets. This is not a party space. It is not a place to host a large (or even small) gathering of former fraternity brothers to relive college days!
I work to travel! Love the idea of staying, visiting and living local! When in Rome...
I am a retired children's vocal/general music teacher by profession but have spent primarily the bulk of my work time in real estate having done all kinds of real estate from construction, restoration, development, sales, rental acquisition and management. Special area of expertise is historic preservation and restoration. I restored a 100 year old train depot and had a jazz club! Greatest gig I ever had but a terrible business model! Alas, a wonderful party but it's over. I don't regret it though for a minute!
