La Cometa is a recently updated four bedroom villa in a quiet cul-de-sac that is just a short walk to Moraira beach and village. Ideal for a large family or two families holidaying together. The accommodation is on two floors with private use of the lovely pool, terraces, barbecue and nayas. At pool level you will find the lounge, dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There is an air-conditioning unit in the lounge and one in the hallway to serve the two bedrooms. The lower floor, that can be accessed by internal stairs or externally, has two double bedrooms, a shower room and utility area with a washing machine, refrigerator and an air-conditioning unit to serve the two bedrooms. There are also two cots, a folding bed for a child and 4 bicycles (subject to a deposit) for guests use.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and the lounge has a large sofa, armchair, 2 small pouffes, fireplace and a flat screen television with free to air satellite channels and an air-conditioning unit. The kitchen has a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, coffee grinder, kettle, juicer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine on the lower floor. The property has a private gated drive, hot/cold air-conditioning units in the upper floor lounge and the hallway serving the bedrooms and electric heaters in each bedroom. There is an air-conditioning unit in the lower floor hallway to serve the two bedrooms and quality ventilation fans in all bedrooms for summer comfort.
Outside is the private 8m x 4m swimming pool , a covered naya, open terraces and garden front and rear. There are three garden tables with ample chairs and sun-loungers and a brick built barbecue. The garden also features a small putting green for amusement or practice for the golfer. Off road parking is available for up to 4 cars. The villa is non-smoking internally with an outside covered area available for smokers.
The main Moraira beach is 1400 metres ( a 17 minute walk) and the centre of Moraira is 1500 metres. The nearest supermarket is 1900 metres and there is a small restaurant 300 metres up the road and numerous other eateries in the area.

The reduced monthly rates for October to March include two sets of linen and towels but do not include welcome pack, bed-linen and towel change, utilities, internet Wi-Fi, and final cleaning that are charged extra. A utility deposit must be paid directly to the owner two weeks before the start of the rental period.
