1st Hope your time in Venice is full of marvelous moments!
Like a hotel, this is a Private Room with Private attached Bathroom, perfect for people visiting for a few days of work or needing a brief beach holiday in Santa Monica/Venice. A mini fridge and teas are provided in the livingroom space. As it is a shared house, guests are asked to follow normal LA sound Laws: low volume between 10pm and 9m. ;-)
Great location as Rose Avenue is called Restaurant Rose (as in Row), so street full of restaurants, cafes and Whole Foods is a block away...Venice Beach only 9 blocks away! :-) Complimentary Cruiser (foot brake bikes) provided for extra fun in the sun explorations. ;-)
Enjoy yourself: life is meant to be loved!

Originally from California (grew up in Santa Cruz) moved to the Venice at age 20...since then I have lived and traveled throughout the globe (from NYC to France, Thailand, Costa Rica, China, India and Bali) enjoying the cultures and customs experienced around the world.
I've worked in Film Production (casting, script coverage), Property Management (mega yachts in Monaco, Monte-Carlo), Restaurant Management, Social Media Advertising, Photography, Strala Yoga Instructor, Volunteered on Vineyards (in France) and also Writing a Novel.
I work most days...and am a super quiet, super clean and ultimately super nice human being. I love to run, read, take photographs, travel, hike, go to outdoor concerts, revel in delights at the farmer's market...
I eat really healthy (shopping at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's), I enjoy an occasional glass of vino (wine), cooking, riding around on my bike, some surfing and going out with my menage of great girlfriend's who I've known for half of my life (makes me sound young and old all at once)! ;-)

Life is a beautiful adventure...perspective is key and the attitude is gratitude. ;-)
