This 3-bed house is 2.2 miles to the closest beach, a mile to downtown Naples and even closer to Tin City. An organic market is in the neighborhood. Guests get the house to themselves and a lot of beach gear to use. We're still working on back yard.
There's a piano to play, some books to read, some tourist pamphlets. There is a large TV, but no cable (we typically get about 5-8 local channels). There is no WiFi. A DVD player is also by the TV). There are plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, a toaster, an oven/stove and coffee maker. There's a Brita filtered water in the fridge -- and some basic condiments.
Going to the beach? There are two beach chairs, an umbrella, some sand toys and a beach ball.
There are bath towels, hand towels and communal shampoo and body wash. There's a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We also try to leave some communal laundry detergent (we ask you use what you need but not be greedy). In full disclosure, the back yard is not the prettiest but we are working on landscaping. There is a plantain tree, sometimes with A LOT of fruit (during the rainy season). There's also a citrus tree in the back. If anything is ripe, it is for your enjoyment!
There also is a pack-n-play available with a bassinet attachment.

I have lived in the neighborhood (our property caretaker currently lives there) and am happy to answer any questions, especially about sightseeing or things to do. I love to travel and want our guests to have a wonderful trip - whether it's just a day or a month.
