This is the heart of the St Claude Avenue arts and entertainment district — and an easy walk to the music clubs on Frenchman Street or the excitement of the fabled French Quarter.

Guests enter through a side gate to the left of the main house and walk down a brick pathway to the unit. There are combination locks on the gate and your front door. Once in, there's an entry space, bathroom to the left and bedroom beyond.
The 8.5'x16' deck is off the bedroom and accessed by patio doors. No other guests have access to the yard which is shared with the owner.
