This beautifully furnished villa easily sleeps 8 with 3 double bedrooms and a fourth smaller bedroom suitable for 2 children on bunk beds. The villa is high spec and a modern holiday choice, which benefits from 3 shower rooms and a full master en suite bathroom. The open plan living , dining area and kitchen is fantastic for entertaining and with large patio doors which give you access to the pool and enormous terrace and dining area. Outside the villa is spacious with a number of terraces and sun bathing areas. The pool is glorious throughout the summer and with roman steps is easily accessible for children and the elderly; panoramic views can be taken in from this little piece of paradise across to Javea’s famous Montgo mountain. Secure off road parking is available to guests. There are a number of excellent local bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance and the centre of Moraira , with its blue flag award beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, Moraira is only a 5 min drive. The whole of this villa has been designed and decorated to the highest standards with gorgeous furniture throughout that gives it a comfortably modern feel. There is ample seating for diners inside and out with a large brick BBQ and the fully equipped summer kitchen. Parasols provide plenty of shade around the pool and the covered terrace is ideal for breakfast in the shade. All the bedrooms in the main house come with air conditioning. The main open plan living room / diner / kitchen is a spacious air-conditioned area from which the bedroom corridor leads. The kitchen is modern and extremely well appointed, in the living room there is plenty of comfy seating throughout and satellite TV and DVD. This villa is a peaceful high quality get away with amazing views.
Moraira is a magical beachside town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.
Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing.
