Enjoy this private and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath Townhome in wind-free South Palm Springs, with convenient access to 3 pools/jacuzzis and 4 tennis courts. It was totally remodeled in August 2015. New pictures of the kitchen and baths are not up yet on Airbnb.

This is not an Ikea cookie cutter condo. Comfortable furniture, collected international art, turnkey quality amenities like organic spices, organic body wash, plush pool towels, pool float & noodles, 4 tennis racquets, and even a player piano - so bring your singing voice.

The open floor plan of the End Unit will make you happy. Living Room features a soaring Open Beam Ceiling (no neighbors upstairs) 55 inch flat screen TV (can log into your streaming accounts), DVD, comfortable sofa, leather chair, and modern dining area for 4.

The kitchen has new gorgeous granite counters, and though on the small side, it's very well-equipped w/gas range, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker & bean grinder, Brita pitcher, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door. There's even a Waffle Iron and Krups Espresso Maker. Plus there's all the other stuff you need to easily make great meals and serve them in style, inside or out. Foodwise, we start you off with organic olive oil, organic spices, coffee/tea condiments, and a couple other basics. We even include cedar planks for the Perfect Grilled Salmon. Let us know if you want to take advantage of our new grocery shopping service to save you a trip to the store when you get into town.

Sleep well in two comfortable bedrooms, two Kings or 1 King and 2 Twins, both en suite. The Back King Suite features a 40inch TV with Roku, nice Glass Block Shower, ample granite counters in the bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and Sliding Doors lead to one end of the Beautifully Landscaped Patio where at this end you'll find a Chaise Lounge and a Bistro Table for 2. There's good separation between bedrooms. Double Doors lead into the Front King (or 2 twins) Suite which has 26inch flat screen TV on the wall above a desk, 2 closets, and a window looking out to a grassy landscaped common area. It's en Suite Bathroom also has new granite counters and a shower over tub.

Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Central AC/Heating, and Ceiling Fans throughout. Being an end unit, this townhome is very private with nice garden outlooks from every room, only one common wall, and no one upstairs or on 3 sides. There's new tile throughout the entire home helping to keep desert dust, sand and allergens away. Original art collected on various journeys gives the place a worldly character. We even provide 4 guest tennis racquets and balls. (albeit one of the racquets is old school and should be used by the best player to even things out!)

Deeded, landscaped garden patio features pleasant outdoor dining for 4, bistro table for 2, padded chaise lounge, new gas BBQ Grill with side burner, and a couple of special bonuses: delicious citrus trees and regular hummingbird visits.

Prior-approved, well-behaved, flea-free dogs are welcome. Your 4-legged family member(s) will not only enjoy the grassy patio, but we provide water/food bowls and protective sheets for the furniture. Plus, there's an enclosed off-leash dog run in the community. Dog Fee (one-time flat fee, not a deposit) is $100/ea, max of 2.

The townhouse is economical both to heat in the Winter and to cool in the Summer, however, our rent prices do not include telephone or electric utilities. Basic cable TV and wireless internet is included. In addition to the rent, guests will be required to pay actual metered electric utility costs which are usually very modest. Once you make an Airbnb inquiry, I will add a reasonable "Partially Refundable Electricity Deposit" from which we will deduct the actual usage costs, and we will promptly refund the balance. Palm Springs TOT Permit #3114.

Well-maintained, gated community features 3 pools & jacuzzis (one large pool and all jacuzzis are heated year-round), 4 tennis courts, 1 covered carport space + additional guest parking spaces.

As much or as little as requested by the guests. We're happy to do an initial tour and leave you alone until check-out day, or interact with you regularly as your virtual concierge. We are happy to share our extensive knowledge of the area.

Perfect central location in the prestigious Deepwell neighborhood. South, so it's out of the wind belt, 6 minute walk to the Ace or Saguaro Hotels, and only 2 miles to downtown Palm Springs. Easy walk to Jensen's Gourmet Market, Cost Plus World Market, many great bars/restaurants (Tinto, El Jefe, Guiseppes, Native, Elmers) and shops.

While many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance, a rental car is recommended. The free Palm Springs BUZZ trolley stops across the street, and usually plenty of Ubers are available.

Standard check-in is 3PM, and check-out 10AM. Early Check-Ins can often be accommodated. Late Check-Out may be possible with additional modest fee.

Well-behaved, pre-approved dogs are welcome, $100 each, limit 2. Sorry, no cats, many of our guests have cat allergies.

We love our guests, and we expect them to comply with these simple rules:

1) No smoking in the townhome. An ashtray is provided for outside use.
2) This townhome is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Good neighbor policies and low outdoor noise guidelines apply - especially at night. No loud music outside on the patio or by the pool/jacuzzi/tennis courts. No parties or gatherings of more than 4 people total without prior approval. We like our neighbors and we want them to like you, too.
3) Unapproved guests or disruptive behavior is cause for eviction without refund.
4) Only official guests of the condo (max 4) are allowed to use the pool and tennis courts; You are allowed to use only 1 tennis court at a time.
