The apartment is located upstairs above garage, completely separate from the main house. This little 1930's apartment features wood floors and lots of windows. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, sink, granite counter-top, microwave, hotpot, toaster oven and coffee-maker. The kitchen does NOT have a working cooktop. The apartment has 32" LCD TV and Roku with netfix ,HBO Go, HULU and Amazon Plus, as well as Books to read. The apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning,heating, blow dryer, ironing board and iron.
One double ( Serta perfect sleeper firm ) and one single bed (Sealy posteurpedic). Upon request, an additional single bed can be added for $15 per night, for a total of 3 beds. Rates based on double occupancy. $45 for additional people. (Example- 1 extra person plus optional one extra bed for a total of 3 people and 3 beds would incur $60 per night charge for the length of the reservation). Extra bed charge to be paid upon check-in. Non- smoking room. Smoking area provided outside on patio. No pets allowed. Rates start at $95 per night / double occ. Rates for Holidays and special events may be found on calendar. Minimum stays required for ACL. SXSW and Formula 1.

If you reserve prior to May 1, 2017 , no taxes have been added to your booking that was collected by Airbnb. Arrangements must be made to pay prior to check-in.
After May 1, 2017, Airbnb will collect for the 6% State Occupancy tax(hotel tax) but not the 9% City hotel occupancy tax. So after May 1, 2017, I will still need to collect for the 9% /City of Austin hotel occ. tax at or before check-in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
It would be less confusing and more convenient if Airbnb would collect all the hotel taxes. Please send them your input, if you would like this simplified.
