Come stay in our renovated heritage house in the Fraserhood. It's a beautiful residential neighborhood that prides itself on community. A quiet side street located in central Vancouver, close to public transportation and lots of amenities.

Die Unterkunft
The space includes a large private living area, bedroom with a double/full bed & private washroom. You will have the entire lower level of the house to yourself (on rare occasions I may come down to do laundry). A private entrance at the back of the house with keyless entry - self-check-in and out. Double french doors lead to a private patio and the backyard (with a trampoline) which is yours to use if you wish.

You will have access to the entire lower level of the house - approximately 600 sq. ft. Spacious bedroom, living space, and full bathroom (no bathtub but there is a double shower).

Please note:

Regarding parking - it is a residential neighborhood - it is all free street parking, but please make sure you park in the direction of traffic and not too close to the fire hydrant on the corner or you may get a ticket. Usually, always a spot available in front of the house.

Our family lives upstairs. While we do our best to be quiet, you will likely hear noises from upstairs at times during the day. We are always very respectful of our guests and try to keep any noise to a minimum. The house is very quiet from 9 pm to 8 am.

Washer/dryer (with detergent) available upon request.... $2.50 per wash or dry

Kid-friendly, families are always welcome - a pack & play is available for infants

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I am always happy to offer information to a visitor to our beautiful city and suggest local restaurants and shops.

Check-in anytime after 3 pm & check out time is 11 am... or if you would like an earlier check-in time or later check out time please contact me - always happy to accommodate if possible!
