I work in the field of the international cooperation, therefore I traveled a lot and I speak a few languages in addition to my own: Italian.
One of my main interest in life is to preserve and promote local differences and peculiarities with special attention to old traditions, gastronomy and cultural heritage.
I discovered Salento a few years ago, in 2004, and decided to buy an old stone-tabacco factory where me and my wife Emira have made renovations in complete respect of the local style and features. We decided afterwards to open the old factory to the public and share with our guests the beauty and charm of this unique area.
