Michael, I do not understand your surprise because everything you describe is written in the ad and in the rules that you accepted before booking. Moreover, when we discussed it in our messages you did not indicate your surprise. We would have agreed to cancel the reservation at no cost and no problem if that does not suit you. I do not understand your dissatisfaction because you made a mistake in your reservation and we took care of everything. Once on site you send us a message at 23h (3h after your arrival) to tell us that the photos did not match the announcement. It turned out that you were wrong a second time in your reservation: you preferred to rent our apartment on the 1st floor rather than the 2nd. We kindly agreed to change your apartment even though it required more work. The apartment left was dirty, communication was very difficult with you, all without any kindness. This trip was a bad experience for us.
