On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The top floor, with sea views, has two further double bedrooms and a shared shower room.

Although the streets are narrow, it is customary to park in the street to load and unload. There is access from both the front in Dolphin Street and back of the house in North Street. Just remember to put on your hazard lights while unloading.
To avoid blocked drains, please do not put any cooking fats down the the kitchen sink. This is very important to keep the pump working.
Please turn the radiators down to mark 2 on departure and close the internal doors.
No smoking or e-cigarettes ( the smoke alarms are rather sensitive).
Sorry no pets as my home is popular with Airbnb guests who have very young children.
Please remove stiletto hills as these damage the wood floors.
Please use the drinks coasters to avoid stains on the marble mantelpieces.
And sorry no incense sticks- as some guests are very sensitive to such lingering smells.
