I live in New York City, and for the most part I love it. Except for one thing. The cold in winter. Which was the reason for buying this little condo. I’d have a delightful bolt hole in the sun where I could escape to from time to time and get out of the dreary New York winter. That was the plan anyway. Haven’t spent nearly as much time in my South Beach studio as I originally envisaged. But the hope lives on.
