Elèonore, and her group were nine persons. They were all beutifull people. But to much young people for this farm. Asking for more organisation and disipline. For exemple buying there stuf for drinking and the mails for the dinner was not enough. Not done enough shopping for nine people especially for the first three days. They have the first three days in the refrigerator nibbled from the farm. They also have not made a proposal for a tip. I gave them indeed a permission to pick some from the garden. But they did not done it. First night I have cooked for them a welcom dinner with actual dishes the Turkish speciality`s. They complained that there was little meat. At their request, I asked a woman to make lunch for 7 days: for this lunch they were not happy because there was too little meat. Although they would not have meat every day. The communication was bad I had agreed with Eleonore I organize last night for a goodby Dinner, have also done special shopping for this, when I came I heard that they wanted eat all together in the city. Luckily I had not hired musikant with Turkish music because they wanted to experience it so much. They have failed to comply with the house rules: toilet paper thrown into the toilet and not in dustbin. They have, however, left in shambles the house. Even the garbage thrown on the floor. The kitchen with full of dirty diches etc. What I admired in them is that they all were cheerful and friendly. Especially the workshop Turkish art music was wonderful. In this they were absolutely a star.
