Very little except possibly over animals with my adult daughter who lives in a separate wing and cares for the animals

There are three dogs, one cat and a feral parrot in residence. They are totally cared for by my adult daughter who lives in a separate apartment but guests need to like animals, although not your responsibility they are "around".
Garden, plants and newly planted courtyard grass require watering as needed.

Live with a retired Nuclear Astro Physicist from Berkeley also a Master sailor/navigator, basket weaver/glass maker and adult daughter, MFA in French, and Teacher. Three dogs and one cat share our space (although you are not responsible for their care). Our home is full or art both contemporary and tribal so it is not a usual rental but available when we travel to the right people. Aloha
