This airbnb was quite economical considering the cost of accommodations in Paris. It was very convenient (within a block) of all the trains and commuter lines. It's only 3-stops on the A line from the Champ Elysses and EIffel Tower and also convenient to go to Versailles and really anywhere else in Paris. That's a big plus. The assertion that there is free parking is somewhat misleading. There's free parking (certainly not ON premises) in the two big commuter lots by the metro/train station but spots are only available at certain times, such as when everyone has returned from Paris and gone home. I tried for 45 minutes on an early afternoon to find a spot and had to give up and use the pay garage. There are a couple pizza restaurants within a few meters of the accomodation and within a block are the bakery and a shopping market complete with food and wine. The location is fabulous.
The accommodation is an apartment in a large apartment building and there are no issues with security or quiet. There are 2 beds but one pulls out from underneath the other so a couple would have to sleep separate. The kitchen has the basics and is ok for a short stay.
The big complaint I had was that it didn't appear that the bathroom floor had been cleaned, the garbage was stacked up and not emptied, it didn't appear that either the towels or bed linens had been changed.
