2 Floors Stone House with Garden, Ideal For 4 to 6 People, Close To The Seaside, In The Heart Of An Untouched Little Village On Brac Island.
This antique Stone House represents a remarkable combination of contemporary design and old Dalmatian stone-based architecture. The accommodation has been designed with taste to offer the best in visual and functional terms. The traditional rustic style of old Dalmatia meets the simplicity and the good taste of the owner that paid attention to many little but very important details of the house and of the garden! The ground floor has a nice and spacious living room with an access into a refreshing patio where you will enjoy many Mediterranean perfumes. At the same level there is a nice double twin room, a cosy kitchen and a tiny bathroom. The external staircase located in the garden rises to the upper floor where another very nice bedroom with terrace, a living room with double sofa bed and a tiny kitchen and a bathroom are waiting for you.
We are in the very heart of Sutivan Village on Brac Island, in the middle of the narrow stone alleys that twist and turn in the historical centre.
Our House will warranty your privacy and peace giving you the opportunity to reach all the best spots of the village within a few minutes walk. The harbour, the main street, the beaches, the supermarkets are all reachable in less than 3/4 minutes walking.

That is why, with our small business, we would like to give the opportunity to foreigners to discover the secrets, our world, hidden corners and the stories that are still whispering in the alleys, the ruins, the monuments and the markets of Italy and Croatia...
