Our condo is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The condo is located in a newly renovated building. There's a heated large pool (open all year round), 3 hot tubs, and exercise room. Ski valet and a secure gated bike storage are available for no extra cost. Underground secure parking garage. The condo is located at the base of Blackcomb Mt and a short walk to Whistler Village. You'll be close enough to the slopes that you can almost touch the chair lift!
This is a one bedroom condo. The living room functions as a bedroom at night and a comfortable lounge area in the day positioned right in front of a brand new 50” flat screen and fireplace. The bunk bed has a twin mattress on top and a full size on the bottom allowing for two to sleep on the bottom. The day bed doubles as a bed and sofa adorned with large pillows for your family to lounge around watching TV in comfort. A trundle is located below the day bed giving more sleeping options.
The private bedroom has a queen bed giving parents or couples privacy at night. There is an entrance to the balcony from both rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is tiled in real marble, and the fireplace will keep you and your family toasty during the winter months. The private balcony with BBQ, table and chairs gives you the option of grilling.

The condo is equipped with a keypad access control system so keys are not used to gain access to our home.
Guests have access to the following: There is an outdoor heated pool & 3 outdoor hot-tubs. Free Valet ski service in the winter months. Free Internet service. Secured underground parking $17 CAD per day, 24hr front desk, conference room and group meeting room on the ground floor.

Resort Quest or other third party agencies manage many of the condos in The Aspens; however, our family privately owns unit 454. With our kids being grown up now we have decided to open our doors to families who are seeking comfortable accommodations on the mountain. We’ve had these condos since 2007 and have done many renovations to make them modern and more appealing. Our condos are not only exceptional when it comes to the views offered, but they are equipped with high quality fixtures and furniture.
We kindly ask you to take care of these condos with love and respect as our family uses these regularly. Please take your shoes off upon entering the home and be weary of damaging our property as we do use it often.
* All guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and stay in this unit. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by their parents.
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit.
