This 6,000 sq ft home was fully remodeled in 2013/14. It features a Great Room, Gourmet Kitchen, six bedrooms including two Master Bedroom suites, five bathrooms, an 1,100 sq ft Game Room, with a fully equipped Bar, Sauna, Fitness Center, Hot Tub, as well as front and rear decks. Please Note: If you are planning to have your own vehicle(s), 4-Wheel Drive is highly recommended.
Upon entering the foyer an open floor plan connects the great room with the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The great room has a 22’ high open beam ceiling. This room features huge windows opening to peaks six, seven, eight and nine and a massive moss rock fireplace with a remote controlled 68” gas fireplace. Above the fireplace is a 70” flat panel TV. The huge open Douglas Fir beams, reclaimed Hickory flooring, and alder doors and windows are the perfect complement to this magnificent mountain home as you lounge on the luxury seating.
The kitchen is nothing short of a Colorado masterpiece. It is an entertainer and chef’s dream with the highest rated kitchen appliances available. It features two sinks, two microwaves, two refrigerators, a six burner dual fuel stove top with steam capabilities, double oven, steam range and an additional double oven with convection microwave on top. There is also a pot filler, coffee bar, dishwasher and that is all accented by copper countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes and cookware needed to entertain your guests, friends, and family. The adjoining dining area features leather benches and chairs and a beautiful 60” round, “Amish plank” table with matching chairs that can seat nine. An additional table can seat eight, and breakfast nook can seat an additional two people.
The upper level is the "Owners Suite” featuring a spectacular view, King bed with lounging area, flat screen TV and a private master bath with Whirlpool, double sinks, a separate glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. This room also features a studio couch that can sleep two additional guests if needed. The main floor master suite features a spectacular view, private access to the front deck, King bed with lounging area, fireplace, 46” flat panel TV, and a private master bath with Whirlpool, double sinks, walk-in closet, and a separate glass enclosed shower.
The "mother-in-law bedroom" sits on the main floor next to the kitchen and is adjacent to a large bathroom with glass shower. This room is very convenient for those not wishing to climb stairs, but still be close to the action. It offers a cozy Queen bed and a flat screen TV.
The den area features another moss rock gas fireplace, hickory dance floor, leather couches, a 60” flat panel TV, and you can still enjoy the spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski area. The game room features a full size pool table, a board game playing area, and a bumper pool/poker table combo. The Hickory bar and Alder back-bar are fully equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, and 42” flat panel TV. This area also connects to a fitness center and a beautiful, spacious sauna.
Three bedrooms are located on the periphery of this “fun space” making it a dream location for those seeking more than just skiing when visiting Breckenridge. The Buffalo Bedroom Suite features a Queen bed, flat screen TV and immediate access to the bar and Game Room area. It also has a large, well appointed bathroom with a full body massage shower, spectacular views and a walk-in closet. The Moose Bedroom Suite is specially designed for kids, but can of course accommodate anyone. It features two captains bunk beds (Queen on the bottom, and twin on the top). The room offers a large screen TV for playing games like the provided Wii console. You can also try your skills on the Foosball table which is also housed in this bedroom. The Bear Bedroom Suite offers two queen beds, a flat screen TV and immediate access to the Den, Bar, and Game Room area. It also has a large, well appointed bathroom with a glass shower.
This home can sleep, 18 guests in beds and 2 guests on the sofa sleeper if needed making it comfortable for up to 20 people. Each bedroom has a large flat panel TV w/DVD player. A fully equipped and spacious laundry is located on the main floor for visitors. It features large capacity, state-of-the-art, washer and dryer units with steam capability, fold down ironing board, a sink, plus an additional refrigerator and freezer should you need it. Two indoor parking stalls are also available for guests. There is also room for parking up to five vehicles outside.
Phew! Sounds unreal right!? It gets even better! This home is designed and equipped to be PET FRIENDLY!!!! It is available with pet gates, crates, and designated feeding areas. As if that isn't enough, the upper 50 feet of this property has an easement to the Highlands Cross Country ski trail. Guests may depart off the back deck and ski/walk a few hundred feet up to the trail that will provide them the spectacular views, only available in the Highlands.

Ski Country Resorts will collect a refundable $250 damage deposit (at time of check in) for all homes and condos that have a private hot tub. Hot tubs and their covers will be inspected after each rental. We ask that you inspect yours for any damage upon your arrival and advise us of any problems.

Location: Our check in is located at 213 North Main Street, Breckenridge CO 80424. We share our Check In office with Christy Sports and guests of Ski Country Resorts receive a 20% VIP discount on all equipment rentals with Christy Sports. Please Note, you must check in at this location PRIOR to arriving at your unit. Here you will sign guest registration, receive keys to your rental and receive all necessary information for your specific unit. Proof of identification will be required at check in. To authorize another individual, besides the primary guest
on reservation, to check in please notify us prior to check in.
Check-In: Check In time is at 4 pm and guaranteed by 6 pm. Check-Out: Check Out time is at 10 am. Storage for luggage is available at our office.
After Hours Check-In : There is a late arrival box located at the back of our building (213 N Main Street). Proceed up the metal stairs to the Christy Sports entrance and the box will be on your left hand side. Inside the
box you will find a packet with the reservation last name that contains a key, map, parking permit and welcome letter to your reserved unit. Please contact the office the following morning to complete your check-in process. (Please Note that items such as pre-purchased lift tickets, garage door openers and pool keys cannot be left in the late arrival packet and must be obtained by visiting our office during normal business hours).
GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION
Booking direct: An advance deposit equal to 25% of the cost of lodging is required at the time of booking. Remaining amount is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to credit card on file unless alternate arrangements have been made. (Exception: Holiday bookings require final payment 60 days prior to arrival). We accept all major credit cards. Please inform an agent if your reservation will require a different payment method. Booking on Airbnb.com: Full payment due at time of booking.
Booking direct: 45+ days (60+ Holiday) Prior to Arrival: Receive refund less $100 handling fee. 44- days (59- Holiday) Prior to Arrival: All monies are forfeited. Booking on Airbnb.com: Super Strict 60 Days: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival, except fees. Please discuss reason for cancellation and options with an agent if you need to cancel your reservation.
Travel Insurance through CSA Travel Protection is available at 6.5% of your grand total. Please call us at (phone number hidden) or email us at (email hidden) to inquire or add to your reservation. Please Note, Travel Insurance must be added and paid by final payment date and/or 30 days prior to arrival.
MINIMUM AGE RESTRICTION
For all properties 3 Bedroom and larger, a minimum age of 25 is required to rent. Age will be verified via photo ID at check in. Certain exceptions may apply based on prior approval and/or additional deposits/fees.
Credit Card information is requested at check in for all reservations in case of the following : unit damage, property loss, failure to comply with pet/smoking/occupancy guidelines as well as telephone charges (please note that not all units managed by Ski Country Resorts do not provide phone service, please see below for more information). Ski Country Resorts is authorized to charge up to $500 for any damages, property loss and/or failure to comply with policies and guidelines. Ski Country will charge against the supplied credit card with written or telephone notification.
Ski Country Resorts reserves the right to change accommodations without notice up to the day of arrival due to unexpected emergencies or sale of property. An attempt will be made to provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no charge to you. Rates are subject to change without notice. Ski Country Resorts is not responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury or loss to persons or properties directly or indirectly by weather, negligence, wrongful act of Travel Agent or other Third Party company beyond direct control of Ski Country Resorts.
NON-SMOKING: All of our properties have a strict NO SMOKING policy of all substances. Reservations that do not follow this policy will be subject to additional clean fees and fines of up to $500.
PETS: This property is pet friendly. Pet Fee: $50 per pet/per stay will be collected at check-in, maximum 2 dogs. All other properties managed by Ski Country are NOT pet friendly and will be subject to fines up to $500 and/or eviction. IF you require a service pet and no pet friendly properties are available, please contact us to discuss alternative options.
PARKING : Each property has an established maximum vehicle allotment. Ski Country Resorts has no control over other HOA management parking restrictions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the guest to know their
property's vehicle allotment and display the given parking permit as instructed at check-in. Overflow parking is available in town for a fee of $15/night at the Breckenridge Ice Rink, located at 189 Boreas Pass Road or $5/night at the North Satellite lot, located at 1720 Airport Road.
SHUTTLE SERVICE: Ski Country Resorts offers a complimentary shuttle service to our guests. It is a seasonal service and based on availability, which Ski Country has the right to stop as they see fit. Please use this service when available should you desire.
OCCUPANCY: The number of guests (per unit) is limited and not to exceed the property description. Additional guests above max occupancy must be approved in advance by Ski Country Resorts. Failure to comply may result in additional fines and/or eviction.
HOT TUB & INTERNET: Ski Country Resorts has no control over the mechanical operation of private home hot tubs or property internet. All private hot tubs are inspected and maintained prior to arrival. If either the hot tub or internet become inoperable during your stay, a maximum of $25/day will be refunded with approval from management. **Does not apply to bathtubs or recreational facilities.
PHONE/INTERNET SERVICE: Not all units managed by Ski Country Resorts are equipped with a land line phone and/or internet service. Should you require a land line phone and/or internet service during your stay, please ensure that the unit you have reserved has such prior to arrival. If it does not, please contact us at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to discuss your options. Should internet service at a unit providing such be interrupted for an exaggerated amount of time during your stay, a maximum of $10/day will be refunded with approval from management.
MAID SERVICE: Custom maid service is available at guest request. Please contact us for details and fees.
LOST & FOUND: Ski Country Resorts is not responsible for items left by guests. If found, retrieval and return of item(s) is subject to a $25 fee plus shipping.
