Tannenbaum II Condominium complex is one of our most popular destinations with its convenient location near the ski area. Nestled in a wooded area, these units are beneath towering Blue Spruce trees that will truly enhance the Colorado experience as you relax on your private balcony.

Less than a five minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair at the Peak 9 Base Area, take a quick stroll over a bridge and start your ski day. When you're done ski down to the base and walk back across the bridge to the complex and take retreat in your unit. If nightlife is what you are looking for, it is a short walk to the Peak 9 Village and all of the restaurants and shops on Park Avenue and Main Street in the heart of downtown.

You will enjoy staying in this charming 1,475 square foot, third floor, two bedroom plus loft and three bathroom unit. The unit features a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with all cooking and dining utensils, as well as a eight person dining table. If your group requires more space, utilize the kitchen countertop bar with seating for two. The living room area has a warm gas fireplace, and ample seating on the two large couches and two side chairs that allow you to relax while watching your favorite Blu-ray DVD on the 32" flat screen TV.

This unit can sleep up to twelve people between the two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two Queens, the Twin Bunk and Queen bed in the loft and the Queen sofa sleeper. The bedrooms also feature a 26" flat screen TV, newly remodeled bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, closet and dresser for storage. There is also a microwave in one of the bedrooms.

All units feature high speed internet and access to the on-site coin operated laundry facility. The common area deck is equipped with two grills and picnic area to accommodate any size group. Relish with seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with an outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor oversize hot tubs, shower rooms and summer patio with outdoor furniture to savor the warm days. What a perfect way to end your long day of skiing or riding! (SEASONAL, LATE MAY TO MID SEPTEMBER & MID NOVEMBER TO MID APRIL).

Beginning April 1st, 2018, the Columbine Pool center will be closed for remodeling and will not be open again until December 1st, 2018.

The Tannenbaum complex is located at the south end of Breckenridge and one block walking distance to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop. We encourage guests of Ski Country Resorts to take advantage of our complimentary guest shuttle service while visiting Breckenridge! (SEASONAL, MID JUNE TO MID SEPTEMBER & MID NOVEMBER TO MID APRIL).

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Hours of Operation: Winter Season 8 am to 10 pm, Summer Season 8 am to 6 pm. **Hours are subject to change without notice.

Location: Our check in is located at 213 North Main Street, Breckenridge CO 80424. We share our Check In office with Christy Sports and guests of Ski Country Resorts receive a 20% VIP discount on all equipment rentals with Christy Sports. Please Note, you must check in at this location PRIOR to arriving at your unit. Here you will sign guest registration, receive keys to your rental and receive all necessary information for your specific unit. Proof of identification will be required at check in. To authorize another individual, besides the primary guest
on reservation, to check in please notify us prior to check in.

Check-In: Check In time is at 4 pm and guaranteed by 6 pm. Check-Out: Check Out time is at 10 am. Storage for luggage is available at our office. After Hours Check-In : There is a late arrival box located at the back of our building (213 N Main Street). Proceed up the metal stairs to the Christy Sports entrance and the box will be on your left hand side. Inside the box you will find a packet with the reservation last name that contains a key, map, parking permit and welcome letter to your reserved unit. Please contact the office the following morning to complete your check-in process. (Please Note that items such as pre-purchased lift tickets, garage door openers and pool keys cannot be left in the late arrival packet and must be obtained by visiting our office during normal business hours).

GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION
Booking direct: An advance deposit equal to 25% of the cost of lodging is required at the time of booking. Remaining amount is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to credit card on file unless alternate arrangements have been made. (Exception: Holiday bookings require final payment 60 days prior to arrival). We accept all major credit cards. Please inform an agent if your reservation will require a different payment method. Booking on Airbnb.com: Full payment due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking direct: 45+ days (60+ Holiday) Prior to Arrival: Receive refund less $100 handling fee. 44- days (59- Holiday) Prior to Arrival: All monies are forfeited. Booking on Airbnb.com: Super Strict 30 Days: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. Please discuss reason for cancellation and options with an agent if you need to cancel your reservation.

Travel Insurance through CSA Travel Protection is available at 6.5% of your grand total. Please call us at (phone number hidden) or email us at (email hidden) to inquire or add to your reservation. Please Note, Travel Insurance must be added and paid by final payment date and/or 30 days prior to arrival.

MINIMUM AGE RESTRICTION
Must be 21 years or older to rent this condo. Age will be verified via photo ID at check in. Certain exceptions may apply based on prior approval and/or additional deposits/fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Credit Card information is requested at check in for all reservations in case of the following : unit damage, property loss, failure to comply with pet/smoking/occupancy guidelines as well as telephone charges (please note that not all units managed by Ski Country Resorts do not provide phone service, please see below for more information). Ski Country Resorts is authorized to charge up to $500 for any damages, property loss and/or failure to comply with policies and guidelines. Ski Country will charge against the supplied credit card with written or telephone notification.

Ski Country Resorts reserves the right to change accommodations without notice up to the day of arrival due to unexpected emergencies or sale of property. An attempt will be made to provide equal accommodations or upgrade at no charge to you. Rates are subject to change without notice. Ski Country Resorts is not responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury or loss to persons or properties directly or indirectly by weather, negligence, wrongful act of Travel Agent or other Third Party company beyond direct control of Ski Country Resorts.

MISCELLANEOUS
NON-SMOKING: All of our properties have a strict NO SMOKING policy of all substances. Reservations that do not follow this policy will be subject to additional clean fees and fines of up to $500.

PETS: This property is NOT pet friendly and the occupants will be subject to fines up to $500 and/or eviction if a pet is found on the premises.

PARKING : Each property has an established maximum vehicle allotment. Ski Country Resorts has no control over other HOA management parking restrictions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the guest to know their
property's vehicle allotment and display the given parking permit as instructed at check-in. Overflow parking is available in town for a fee of $15/night at the Breckenridge Ice Rink, located at 189 Boreas Pass Road or $5/night at the North Satellite lot, located at 1720 Airport Road.


SHUTTLE SERVICE: Ski Country Resorts offers a complimentary shuttle service to our guests. It is a seasonal service and based on availability, which Ski Country has the right to stop as they see fit. Please use this service when available should you desire.

OCCUPANCY: The number of guests (per unit) is limited and not to exceed the property description. Additional guests above max occupancy must be approved in advance by Ski Country Resorts. Failure to comply may result in additional fines and/or eviction.

HOT TUB & INTERNET: Ski Country Resorts has no control over the mechanical operation of private home hot tubs or property internet. All private hot tubs are inspected and maintained prior to arrival. If either the hot tub or internet become inoperable during your stay, a maximum of $25/day will be refunded with approval from management. **Does not apply to bathtubs or recreational facilities.

PHONE/INTERNET SERVICE: Not all units managed by Ski Country Resorts are equipped with a land line phone and/or internet service. Should you require a land line phone and/or internet service during your stay, please ensure that the unit you have reserved has such prior to arrival. If it does not, please contact us at (phone number hidden) discuss your options. Should internet service at a unit providing such be interrupted for an exaggerated amount of time during your stay, a maximum of $10/day will be refunded with approval from management.

MAID SERVICE: Custom maid service is available at guest request. Please contact us for details and fees.

LOST & FOUND: Ski Country Resorts is not responsible for items left by guests. If found, retrieval and return of item(s) is subject to a $25 fee plus shipping.

Beautiful location and very cozy accommodations. It was super hard to find as we arrived late at night and the doors were not clearly marked at all. We had instructions to find room "TN34" but there were no spaces with that designation. After an hour of searching (we couldn't reach any of the numbers we called) we located the place at on the fourth floor of the Tannenbaum II complex. The real room numbers were 34A-34C.

Serena, Oh no! The Tannenbaum complexes can be confusing, and doing it at night can be rough. We are happy that you did get into the unit, but extremely dismayed that you could not connect with our emergency phone. Know that I am forwarding this to our company owner, as we do not take missed emergency calls lightly. Also, I will forward this info to our front desk, and remind them about the importance of giving accurate information to our late check-ins; like how the units can be 'locked-off' and rented out separately, so reservations that take the 'whole' unit may not know they have rented 34 A, B, and C. However, it does sound like you thoroughly enjoyed the unit after that though, and we love to hear that. Personally, I find solace in how the stream's sound wafts into the units balcony door when open, and how close to nature you can feel in those well-maintained units. When you come visit Breckenridge again, we hope that you will give us another chance to help make a memorable visit. Thank you, Loren @ Ski Country Resorts

We really enjoyed our stay here - comfortable for three families. It is on the third floor, which I somehow missed in the listing. The windows make it feel like you are living in a treehouse. A short walk to Breck's Main Street. Super clean.
