You'll be welcomed into a bright and airy Georgian-era three bedrooms flat, with its high ceilings and big windows, complemented by brand new floors and all the amenities you'd expect. The apartment consists of a comprehensively equipped open plan kitchen and a big natural stone tiled bathroom. Facing southeast, the flat has a sunny outlook onto a quiet residential street during the day. It is situated on the second floor and is accessed by a common spiral staircase. To the rear of the building, there is a shared garden.
The bedroom available for you is suitable for couples or a single person and is very bright and cozy. It’s a beautiful space with character, original features and a comfortable double bed ensuring a good rest. In addition to the double bed, there is chairs, mirror and a wardrobe for storage. I will provide you with all the essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

You will be sharing use of the kitchen/living room and bathroom in the flat with the other AirBnb guest (maximum 4 persons).
Check in is from 2pm and check out is till 11:00am. If you're arriving earlier than this, the Edinburgh bus station in the centre of town holds luggage. Please let me know in advance when you will arrive.

We also welcome families. If you are travelling with young children we can provide a cot or a single mattress that you can put on the floor. A high chair is also available. There is no additional charge for any of these but you must let us know in advance if they are required.

Please do your washing up and leave the flat reasonably tidy.
Report any issues promptly so we can sort them out.
