I’m sorry you feel that way. This is not a hotel; I have to cooperate with our neighbors in order for everyone to be satisfied, and if you felt that my contacting you on your personal phone number to make sure you received the message in a timely manner to thwart the neighbors’ threat to call the city to tow your car that was parked in front of their house 12 days after you checked out with us was passive aggressive, then I am sorry to have bothered you. While this is public parking, everyone who parks here must make an effort to be considerate of the residents in order to maintain harmony.
I have also updated my House Rules to no longer permit plug in air fresheners in the apartment, since to this day over 2 weeks later, the scent from the plug in you used during your stay has infiltrated every fabric surface in the apartment and I can still smell it, which is off-putting. This was something you should have asked me to use, and I regret not asking you to remove it sooner, so as to ensure my apartment was not affected as much as it has been by your extended stay here.
Maybe you’re better suited to stay at a hotel.
