This spacious house has been restored to its former glory.

It is perfect for a family to enjoy their holiday, offering everything one would need, as well as being positioned near to the beaches - Clifton Camps Bay Sea Point, restaurants & shops.

This Bantry Bay house is in walking distance from Cape Town's best beaches ( Clifton Camps Bay Sea Point ) and right near supermarkets, shops and a large selection of restaurants. It is also a quick drive to the rest of the city.

The house is nestled in a quiet cul de sac and is protected from Cape Town's strong South Easter wind that blows during the summer. Meaning you can make the most of your visit.

The entire house is newly renovated, is light and bright with high ceilings and big rooms throughout. The style is an interesting combination of minimalist and classic styling. Furnishings are comfortable and top quality. The house comfortably fits and sleeps 6 people.

There is a double electric garage for two cars, a child friendly swimming pool with fence, garden, jungle gym, trampoline, foosball table, astroturf football and goal pitch, patio entertainment area, large LED HDTV with satellite, Netflix and high speed internet/wifi connectivity.

The master bedroom is unique, offering all the features of a luxury apartment itself. It has an open plan bathroom with double basins, large bath, large shower and toilet. The bathroom also has a working instant light fireplace. The main bedroom has sea views with a king size bed and dresser unit and is fitted with a walk-in cupboard and air conditioning. The master room leads onto a large private deck with sea views and recliners.

All bedrooms, shower rooms and bathrooms are upstairs and all entertainment rooms are downstairs. Besides the master bedroom there are 2 other bedrooms.

There is a large dining room, reception room, TV room, work study, guest toilet and kitchen downstairs. The dining room has a large table which can seat 12 people.

The reception room has its own couches and fireplace as well as a library nook. The study has a computer with full internet access, printer and fax as well as webcam facilities.

The house offers great inside outside flow for entertaining on the patio and barbecuing. With daybeds, foosball table and an 8 seater outdoor table set.

The kitchen is well fitted with all necessary cooking equipment, including dishwasher, double eye level ovens, electric and gas hobs.

There is also a separate laundry room with a clothes drier and washing machine.

A cleaner will be supplied with the house to do washing and clean the house on a regular basis.

Guests have full access to the house and its listed facilities.

Guests are left to their own unless they need assistance. We are usually available during the entire guests stay.

However, should we be away there will always be someone to contact should it be necessary.

The neighborhood has a fantastic vibe in the summer and guests can walk down to the beaches, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets.

Additionally, it is next to one of the most beautiful coastlines and promenades, where you can walk, ride or run.

The house is located in walking distance to the new rapid transport bus system (myCiti) giving easy and safe access throughout the city.

The house has a double electric garage with drive-in access to the property.

The house is load shedding friendly. It has been upgraded to cope with the current load shedding issue. The garage motor has battery back-up, there are battery powered room lights and an inverter has been installed to ensure the TV room is fully functional, the DSTV, TV, wifi and lights continue to work during load shedding. Additionally, the kitchen operates off gas cookers.
