THE BEST location in Toronto! 52nd floor clear view of Lake Ontario; steps to CN Tower, Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, Conference Centre, Union Station, parks, waterfront, restaurants & shops. Your brand new luxury condo awaits!
The highlight is the location. This condo is literally in the midst of it ALL! A 5 minute walk to Union Station connects you to anywhere you want to go by bus or train. In town for a Blue Jays baseball game, a Raptors basketball game, Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game, or a concert at Air Canada centre? Want to explore the CN Tower, or Ripley's Aquarium? In town for a conference at the Toronto Convention Centre? You can walk to any of these places in 5-10 minutes apprx. The waterfront and Harbour Centre is a 7 minute walk away. Enjoy the amazing view of Lake Ontario from the 52nd floor with floor-to-ceiling windows. Watch the planes come in for landing at Billy Bishop airport (with none of the noise). It's a chic, quiet, amazingly centrally-located condo, perfect for your Toronto getaway.
There is one main bedroom with a Queen sized regular bed with a firm mattress.
The other bedroom is currently in use as a box storage area so it's not a part of the listing at present as the door will be closed and not accessible to you.
Zugang für Gäste
You will have access to the entire condo yourself. No one else will be here when you are.
It is my private home but I rent it out when I'm out of town for conferences, etc. Therefore, my personal books and clothes are present, but I'll make as much space for you as possible. The space is best suited for one couple who sleep together in the same bed.
In-suite Laundry - you have access to this and can freshen up your clothing at any time.
Stocked Kitchen - Although I've just moved in here (it's a brand new building), and I'm trying to build up kitchen accessories, it's almost there. You'll have use of a toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer.
Parking - I can arrange for you to have parking access underground in the building for NO additional charge! Message me the make, model, and licence plate of your vehicle so I can register it with the concierge in advance.
Gym - there is a fitness facility in the building - treadmills, free weights, weight machines, cross trainers, spinning and fitness bikes.
NOTE: This building is brand new and is still under construction. Therefore, other amenities like the pool, spa, etc are not completed yet. You will see construction workers in the hallways and the common areas, exterior, and building entrance ways are still being built. Hence, the price I'm listing it for is lower given this. However, all elevators are working, the suite is finished inside, and it's super quiet with no construction noise. And did I mention the location?!
Concierge - there is a 24 hour security and concierge. They're not there for tourist advice but can help if you have lost your way in the building.
Interaktion mit Gästen
I will not be here at the same time as you are - the place is your own.
Depending upon when you check in, I will be able to greet you and give you a quick intro. Otherwise, I will make arrangements to leave the key for you to pick up (you will need photo ID) at the building. Check in and check out times are flexible and more often than not late check outs/early check ins can be accommodated - just ask. Thanks!
Weitere wichtige Infos
Again, it's worth a mention that the exterior of this building, as well as many common areas, are still under construction - hence the lower price. You won't notice this inside your suite, which is fully furnished and completed. It's super quiet inside considering its location.
Bedroom - although there are two bedrooms with closing doors, only one is currently available to you as the other is being used to store boxes (door will be closed). One bedroom has sliding doors off the living room, and the other is a smaller bedroom with no window (like a large den). As stated above, for the time being, the second bedroom is being used for boxes/storage (hence the price), so this listing is marketed as a one bedroom only (the master/main bedroom).
There is a queen sized bed with Calvin Klein sheets and quality linens in the main/master bedroom.
Note that the main bedroom has sliding glass 75% tinted/filmed doors, but it's not entirely private from the living room and kitchen area as there are still some un-tinted spaces. The bathroom is near the entry way, away from the main bedroom.
Clean towels and linens are provided. Upon check out, you will not have to clean or launder anything - just leave that to the cleaning help.
Kitchen is stocked with Villeroy & Boch, Mikasa, and Karim Rashid porcelain dinnerware and glasses. It's not full of smaller things as I'm still getting started (e.g. - no big frying pans, mixers, etc.). Basic cutlery and dinnerware supplied.
The furniture is nice (no IKEA) and brand new, including a comfy sectional and a glass dining table with two nice chairs (and 2 folding chairs if needed).
You have a 47 inch TV with a basic cable package.
INTERNET - Powerful Wifi. Unlimited usage!
TELEPHONE - A pay as you go local cell phone can be made available for you to use but I'll need advance notice if so. Otherwise, there is no land line in the unit.
BATHROOM - Apart from a modern sink and toilet, it has a full bathtub, rather than a shower stall, so you can relax after sightseeing with a nice bath. Bring your own bubbles!
Automatic temperature controls - central heating and air conditioning are included (seasonally adjusted = air con in summer; heating in winter only). Adjust the temperature to suit! Make it as cool or as hot as you want it.
SPACE - This is a 600 sq ft condo,so you'll definitely have more space than a hotel room. And it's just as new and nice as one, for cheaper. (Note: We are next to the Delta downtown Toronto on Simcoe St for price comparison.)
You're going to love it here! Enjoy the location and the gorgeous view of Lake Ontario. Thanks for looking.
NO smoking AT ALL, please! Note that there is NO balcony - just a Juliet balcony which means there is a sliding glass door but you can't step out. This does not mean you can hang your cigarette outside from within the unit - you MUST take the elevator down to exit the building itself to smoke. Sorry in advance for any inconvenience. I am almost allergic to smoke and am very sensitive, so if there is any hint of cigarette smell I will need to have the unit professionally cleaned out of your damage deposit. Sorry to be strict but this part is super important. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
The other stuff is pretty obvious - no partying or drugs please, and be respectful of neighbours and in common areas. You are of course free to have some drinks and there are gorgeous Villeroy & Boch crystal glasses to assist in enjoying wine or champagne.
I almost didn't want to mention the no drugs/loud partying as it's pedantic but best to be clear. Thanks!
You can use anything in the kitchen - coffee, dish soap, dishwasher soap, perishables, salt/pepper, etc. But if you use any alcohol I might have, I'd expect it to be replaced, please. You can use laundry detergent and Bounce sheets also.
NO PETS. Sorry. :-(
KIDS - Children would otherwise be welcome of course but please note furniture-wise it might not be best suited for younger ones. There is lots of glass, stainless steel and sharp angles. Best suited for teenagers and above. Also see above re: beds and den space.
Fob Access - You will only have ONE fob for building access as I must keep the other one. Therefore, keep this in mind if there are people in your party often going separate ways. Please don't lose the fob as I'm charged (read: you will be) to replace it. Thanks a lot!

Just finished up my postgraduate law studies in Oxford, England (I'm from Vancouver, Canada). This picture is of me with my beloved dog who has crossed the rainbow bridge (R.I.P 2011). Update: Although this account was largely active in the Cayman Islands when I used to work there, I'm now living in Toronto doing more postgraduate studies at Osgoode Hall Law School. Brrrr.
