Charming, light and airy 2 bedroom apartment with terrace in which to relax, recharge and nourish the spirit. Located in a small and peaceful village Rožat, 5 km of Dubrovnik, with excellent bus connections with the city centre.
It's a lovely, newly decorated apartment with peaceful terrace. The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with nice kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. Parking spot is in front of the house. You will find a dining table and four chairs, comfy sofa, large screen TV and lots of books in the living room that has entrance to the terrace, a perfect place to have your morning coffee and relax to the birdsong.
One of the two cosy bedrooms has a comfortable double bed (160x200), and the other has a single bed (80x200) that easily converts into a double bed (160x200), including large closets in each room.
The cute kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, with electric stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and all other small necessary equipment to help you enjoy your cooking and dining. A very clean bathroom with tub has all appliances including a hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment has air-condition in the living room and fast and free WiFi.
Making my apartment welcoming to both myself and anyone who may visit is a priority for me, so I always keep it clean and organized, with fresh linen and towels and home accessories. Maps and events flyers are always there, to help my dear guests enjoy the city!

I won't disturb your privacy, but you can always get in touch with me if you need any help or information.
The apartment is situated in a small village Rožat, about 5 kilometers northwest of Dubrovnik. This is a peaceful area with family houses with gardens. Rožat is known for its Franciscan Monastery from the 14th century, Renaissance summer villas, calm nature and pleasant climate during summer. This is the landscape of so-called Rijeka dubrovačka, with the source of the shortest river in the world - Ombla (30 meters long), that empties into the Adriatic sea. 15th century Renaissance villa Sorkočević with a park is located in the area, as well as ACI Marina Dubrovnik with restaurants, swimming pool, playground for kids, football and tennis court. The surrounding offers a possibility to have an active holiday with 6 km of jogging and bike routes by the river/sea, but there are no beaches (the closest beach is 3 km away). Hiking and walking paths to the mountain start at the back side of our house, and just down the street start a nice walk by the river, were you will probably see ducks and swans gliding on the green surface of the river.
The apartment is situated in a quiet environment with no tourist crowds and at the same time so close to the city center! The distance from the main bus station and city harbor is 3 kilometers, and 6 kilometers from the Old Town. The nearest bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment, with direct line to the Old Town, departing every 10-15 minutes from 4 AM - 1 AM, so it's easy to stay out late :-)

I live with my husband and son (6 years old) in a small peaceful village called Rožat, a few minutes drive from Dubrovnik city centre. I love being outside in nature, long walks with our dog, growing food for my little family and doing crafts with my child. I am also an archaeologist and licensed tourist guide.
Would love to be your host :-)
