Our Downtown Pease of Shoal Creek is a 1930's home with, 3-bedrooms, 2.5-bath and so much modern coolness. It's a fantastic location in Downtown Austin - Walking distance to Town Lake, 6th street, food trucks, West Campus, ACC, walking trails, world headquarters flagship store of Whole Foods, boutiques, restaurants, Rainey Street and so much more!
The Austin International Airport is a 15 minute drive or cab ride away. From A Pease of Shoal Creek, you are walking distance to most places, but there are also public buses near by and Car2go designated spots a few blocks over. For the outdoor lover, there is a B-Cycle Station 2 blocks away, with bike trails around every corner.
