It’s a 4,000 sq. feet custom built property with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. An open space living area with stunning marble floors throughout the whole unit. This two story unit has breathtaking views to the ocean. The swimming pool is on a great outdoor space with a covered terrace. You will be able to enjoy every minute you spend in this beautiful house.

Our sales agents will be in touch with you in order to provide you as much information as you need. Our property manager will get in touch with you a few days prior to your arrival in order to make sure you are all set for your vacation and to get an ETA in order to meet/greet you at the property on the check-in day.

- The rental has a 3 night minimum stay throughout all the Seasons, except on Holiday Season (December 19th to January 3rd) that it has a 7 night minimum stay.
- Any electric consumption in excess of $50 per day will be charged to the guest via the Resolution Center. The electric meter will be read at the beginning and end of the stay. The cost per kW is 25¢.
- Bedroom #4 is located on second floor, but is located on an extension of the house on the upper level.
1. Airbnb does not charge the security deposit unless a claim is submitted for a damage made to the property. Upon check out, we would make an inspection of the house, and if we find something, we would contact Airbnb, show them the evidence, and they would deduct the damage from the security deposit.
2. You need to pay the electric consumption if you exceed the limitation. If you exceed it, our property manager would let you know and then the process of charging it would be made through Airbnb.
3. Any sort of celebration can't be made inside the house
4. Check in at 3:00 pm and check out time at 10:00 am
5. Renters need to be 26 years or older
6. No smoking allowed
7. No pets allowed
