"Check in" is very informal. There will be a lockbox in the door when you arrive... I live and work work close by so I'm available if you have any questions. Street parking is plentiful and space for one car is available behind the house if needed. On weeks/weekends during stadium events, signs will indicate permits are required- park in front of these signs as they are positioned about 30 years a from the street corners and you won't be bothered. Garage parking is available nearby for a reasonable fee. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 twin air mattress. Linens are provided.
Please, no smoking inside the home. Please gather trash together and place it in the kitchen or bathroom garbage cans and turn off the heat/air when you depart. On very hot or cold days, please check in as you leave for alternative instructions. In general, I appreciate a text when you check in and out. Thanks!
Wenn du bis zu 5 Tage vor deinem Aufenthalt stornierst, erhältst du eine volle Rückerstattung, inklusive Service-Gebühren.

Hi I'm Kaitlyn, your host in lovely Baltimore, Maryland. I moved to Baltimore in 2010 and I love it here. It's got a unique charm and an industrial vibe similar to Philly and Pittsburgh but it's unlike any other place. We've had some negative press recently but Baltimore is full of great forgotten history-- Edgar Allen Poe lived here, and we named our Football team after his famous poem The Raven; the Star Spangled Banner was written in the Harbor, and Babe Ruth was born a few blocks from the apartment you're about to rent!--Needless to say, it's worth the trip. I made some recommendations for eats and fun while you're in town, you can find them in the binder at the house, but feel free to reach out for suggestions if you're at a loss for what to do while you're here!
