Villa Giuliana will be completely yours, it will not be shareb with other guests. We will be at your disposal for any information or help.
Villa Giuliana is only 4 km far from Ostuni, a very attractive medieval town, enclosed in well preserved medieval walls with towers and gates to get inside, and famous as "The White City" being characterized by the limewashed shining white of the walls of the ancient houses, has also much more to offer.
It is in a very fortunate position, being only 5-6 km far from the see, close to many important cities and attractions, and at the same time on a hill.
Being on a hill makes its climate very mild and at the same time usually not humid in summer, with a slight breeze in the hot summer days, which makes enjoyable even the high temperatures.
Ostuni is very close to a long list of sea attractions (acquagym, swimming, fishing, kite surf, etc.) and to the good cuisine and wine of the Itria Valley, famous for the trulli houses and its landscape.
Children may enjoy a lot going to the Safari Zoo in Fasano, but there are also public swimming pools, and along the sea lessons of snorkling, swimming, cycling, horse riding, etc.
Many of these activities are available for the adults too, along with golf, tennis, football fields. Many of the seaside resorts along the coast are equipped for cocktails in the afternoon, evening music, organize events and "happy hours".
When people go away the mood is that...there is so much to do and they have not enough time to do everything...Many wish to come back...
Apulia is a very interesting region under several points of view: full of cities important for their art and architecture (Lecce, Martina, Ostuni, Alberobello - UNESCO site, Locorotondo and Cisternino which are in the list of the little towns more beautiful of Italy "I borghi più belli d'Italia"), is also reach of nature and nice landscapes. In Apulia there are 2 national Parks (Gargano and Alta Murgia), two marine reserves (Torre Guaceto, close to Ostuni and Porto Cesareo), several regional natural Parks, among which the Park of the Coastal Dunes located along the coastal strip of Ostuni and Fasano. Ostuni and Fasano are also the districts of rural farmhouses, hosted in ancient "Masserie" which date back to the XVI century. Here you can taste and buy local high quality food. This territory is also very well known for all the events which are organized in nature like cycling, walking, trekking, horseback riding, snorkling, etc. All these opportunities are combined with the possibility in summer to go the seaside, which runs all along the region, so every day you can choose a different setting to swimm.
Apulia is also "kissed by the sun" all year round, even in winter. In fact usually the rainy days are very few...this is why it's called A-pulia, it cames from A-pluvia which means without rain.
