We usually rent this studio apartment monthly. It has heat and air conditioning and full bath. There is a queen size bed and furniture in a sitting area. There is a small kitchen area with cabinets, sink, small refrigerator and hot plate. Access to main house amenities is freely available.

Guests have access to large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen in the main house. There is courtyard and a huge backyard with seating, fountain and gazebo's. Our place i(URL HIDDEN)without a formally served breakfast. You can cook your own breakfast in a fully equipped kitchen or go down the street to Hannah and Nate"s where they serve a great full breakfast. We have a laundry room. Also, available refrigerator and freezer for storage of food or drink.

Guest can maintain as much privacy as they want. Host or hosts are social and there to help in any way they can.

Long term renters must do their own room cleaning including linens and towels etc. Also, cleaning of the kitchen, counters, stove, dishes, pots/pans, dining and living after personal use is required. No smoking in the house or rooms. The house has a septic tank so no grease, food debris should be allowed to enter the drains. The only thing put into toilets should be toilet paper and body (URL HIDDEN) not let anything else be placed and flushed into the system via toilets. No illegal drugs in the house. Moderate alcohol use is ok. Quiet time is from 10pm until 6am. All pets must be on a leash. There is a fenced in dog area for dogs and guests are expected to pick up feces and dispose of them. Clean up after use of common areas (e.g., kitchen, dining room, living room, and yard) is required. Unless we are there ourselves there is a caretaker. The caretaker lives in a separate apartment like space. There are posted rules for taking care of the place on site than guests are expected follow...they are mostly common sense behaviors. No smoking anywhere on the property.

Excellent setting in every way - wonderful hosts, very convenient location in Corrales, great yard, big kitchen, laundry facilities on site. Great places to walk where you'll see horses, cows, pastures, wildlife; wonderful restaurants are literally just steps away. The studio apartment is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very generous in working with our needs as we were there almost three months as we sold one home and bought another. Michael does a great job taking care of the property and the needs of the guests. I recommend this rental heartily. Thanks!

The owners are Thackery and Yelena Gray. We are professionals that are renting out rooms in our second home. We are not currentlbusiness. We live in Chicago but spend time in our Corrales home 3-4 times a year. Our second home is a large former bed and breakfast located in the quaint village of Corrales. The former B&B was called Inn the Village. Corrales is an old artist eclectic former farming community bordering northwest Albuquerque. It is located on over an acre of land not far from Interstate 25 on the way to Sante Fe. A guest or guests has access to living, dining and kitchen areas even if they rent one room. We love the area because it is quiet and also has the lowest crime rate in New Mexico. The courtyard and backyard are beautiful areas in which to relax. We enjoy the nearby elevated walking/riding trail where from the backyard we often see people riding their horses, bikes or walking.
