An attractive apartment with sunlit balcony, spacious kitchen and close to convenient public transportation, located in a charming part of Oslo - Torshov - now available for rent.
I hope you will enjoy your stay here - it's a great location - it's close to the 'action' but not in the middle of it, so you'll get your good night sleep. ;-)
Would strongly suggest the nearby bakery "Åpent Bakeri" located in the same building as the flat. They sell the most lovely pastries, buns breads and more - and the best is - after 4-5 o'clock they turn into the best pizza place in town.
A menu is always hanging on the refrigerator! :-)
The easiest way to get around town is by public transportation. A three minute walk westbound takes you to the tram station called "Sandaker Senter", where all the trams (No. 11, 12 and 13) takes you down town. A three minute walk eastbound through the church park takes you to the bus station called "Haarklous Plass" where the No. 30 bus takes you down town.
The best way to pay your ticket is to download the free Ruter-app on your phone and put in your card info. It is (way) more expensive if you pay in the front of the bus/tram. The red ruter-app is for tickets and the grey ruter-app is for routes - it is pretty handy and you can just type in any location.
If you want to visit Bygdøy, a popular area and peninsula, the No. 30 bus will take you there - it's a 40 min bus ride.
- Deeply appreciated if you recycle your garbage.
Under the sink: blue bag is for plastic, green bag is for food waste, paper bag is for paper and normal / white bag for anything else.
- Please respect the quiet time between 11 pm and 7 am.
- Feel at home and don't hesitate to ask my any questions (email)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Please take of you shoes inside.
Thank you! :-)
