SERVICES: Maid service on request, towel change twice weekly, bed linen changed weekly
1) No smoking permitted inside the villa/apartment. Ashtrays are supplied for the outdoor areas. Please use these.2)No parties are allowed in the villa/apartment, unless previously advised and authorised by the owner or the Management Company of the property.3)Check out time is STRICT! Please know your check out times and ensure you have vacated by the stipulated time.4)Please use plastic crockery and glasses supplied for outdoor use to prevent any accidents. 5)Equipment is NOT to be tampered with. For any specific requests please contact the Management Company.6)Fake sun tan lotions damage the white linen and towels. Please do not use these as they will permanently stain linens & and towels.7)Accidental breakages happen, and we understand this, however any breakages please inform the maid service ladies when they come in for maid service. Any major/serious breakages please contact the Management Company immediately.8)All rubbish should be removed from the villa on a daily basis. Council bins are available nearby. Please find your nearest council bins.9)POOL AREA- No diving or running please. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times and accompanied by an adult. 10)The beach towels supplied are to stay within the villa. Please do not take them to the beach or other water fun parks. Any missing beach towels will be charged to your account. 11)The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property 12)"Respect thy neighbour" - Please keep in mind your neighbours and keep noise levels down.13)Cancellation anytime from date of booking to 8 weeks before arrival date- loss deposit 13.1 Cancellation 4-8 weeks before arrival date - 50% refund on the total value of the booking 13.2 Cancellation 2-4 weeks before arrival - 25% refund of the total value of the booking13.3 Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund14 )No refunds will be given for passengers not travelling or for unused services.
