Woolwich is currently going through a regeneration phase withteh addition of 5,000 new homes and teh addition of the Crossrail in 2017, which will take commuters and tourists straight into the heart of London in less than 15min.

Greenwich, which is only 10min away (by boat, train or bus) is a real tourist hotspot with attractions such as the Royal Greenwich Park, The Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, The Painted Halls, The Royal Observatory and Greenwich market.

The Apartment's location cannot get any better for access to amenities, historic attractions, and transport links to London City Airport, Central London, Canary Wharf and the 02 Events arena. Being just steps from the river presents panoramic views of London and the opportunity to enjoy the regular boat service down the river!

On the ground floor of the apartment building complex includes a huge Tesco (grocery store) opened 24/7 as well as a number of nearby stores including Boots Pharmacy, a convenience stores, a Starbucks and Costa Coffee (near the train station) and family pub near the river. Also within a 2min walk from the building is the DLR subway and train station.

- Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom (not available to book unless renting the whole property) 1 has a King size bed.
The second bedroom (available to rent) has a very comfortable day bed that also turns into a full double bed.

The rooms are very quiet and tastefully decorated, with plenty of storage space. The beds have high quality mattresses, duvets, and pillows to ensure that they're ultra comfy! - You can also be assured that they're ready made with clean sheets for your arrival.

- Open Plan Kitchen & Lounge: The main room is a large open plan kitchen and lounge.
There is a large modern 3-seater sofa, a beautiful black leather trunk / coffee table as well as a grey glass dining table and 4 leather chairs.

- Bathroom: Very large, and complete with a bath, toilet and storage cabinet.

- Kitchen: The modern kitchen will offer everything you need to prepare a big meal or quick snack before hitting the town - modern stove, oven, dishwasher, cutting board, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery sets, pots, pans and all other necessary cooking utensils!

- Entry to the building:
This is controlled via a secure key-fob and phone-buzzer system. There is a concierge available 24/7 and keys will be left with the concierge for you to pick up upon arrival.

- Other: A full set of Fresh Towels are provided and high-speed, wi-fi internet will be available FREE throughout the apartment. The Apartment will be cleaned and sheets diligently changed after every guest. We want to make sure your stay is positive as possible!

DLR (Docklands Light Railway)
This is a 2min walk from the apartment (Woolwich Arsenal station)
The trains arrive every 4 mins at peak times and every 10 mins outside of this.
- London City Airport in 5min
- Greenwich in 10min
- Bank (City – Financial district) in 25 mins.
- Stratford (Olympic site, and the new Westfield Shopping Mall) in 25 mins.
- By switching from the DLR to Jubilee line at Canning Town, you can get to London Bridge in 20 mins and to West End in 25 mins.

- Boat:
You are a 5 minute walk from the "Thames Clipper" docking point. This is a very comfortable Boat (catamaran) service (with Costa Coffee onboard) which arrives every 20 mins. In a westerly direction it takes you to:
- O2 Arena in 5min
- Greenwich in 10mins.
- Canary Wharf in 18 mins.
- Tower of London in 25 mins.
- London Bridge in 27 mins, and

Parking, as with all of London has limited free road parking in the immediate vicinity, but the Tesco car park underneath the building offers 3-hours free parking.

There is also a Zipcar bay in the Tesco car park should you need to rent a car during your stay in London.

The Apartment is ideal for people who want a comfortable base from which to explore the very best London has to offer.

You will have access to the entirety of the property apart from the Master bedroom which is occupied by myself and my partner.

We will be able to offer help throughout your stay - either to give you tips about London or help you find things to do during your stay.

Gregory is a wonderful host who made feel very welcome and his apartment is really lovely. We only spent one night at Gregory's place during a weekend that we wanted to spend in London. The location is quite handy, we got to take the river bus to go to his place, which is very beautiful at night. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has astounding view. I would highly recommend !
