Located just three blocks from the ocean, in the Sea Isle subdivision in the west end of Galveston Island, “Sea Bliss” has been our family’s second home since 2000 and we are happy to share it with you. Sea Bliss sleeps up to eight people comfortably. In 2009, we completely remodeled the house to better accommodate family and friends. On the main floor, you will find two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and its own full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is the loft with a queen size bed and two twin beds. There is also a powder room just off the hall on the main floor. The majority of the main floor is a spacious, light filled, open concept, contemporary living/dining/kitchen area with a cathedral ceiling.

Guests will have access to Wifi, a 40 inch wall mounted HD television in the living area plus a 19-inch HD TV in the loft. Both TVs have access to over 300 channels on AT&T U-verse. A Blu-ray disc player (that also plays regular DVDs) is connected to the large TV, while the smaller TV has a built-in DVD player. Side by side refrigerator with through the door ice and water, dishwasher, glass top electric stove, microwave, Keurig and conventional coffee makers are all available to our guests. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses and flatware. Under the kitchen island you will find a blender, larger pots and pans, and a toaster. The utility room on the street level has an available clothes washer, dryer, barbecue grill, and a second refrigerator.
In front of the utility room is a concrete-floored area under the house that almost always catches the ocean breezes. This is a great place to sit (or swing in a hammock). Also in this area is a large enclosed outdoor shower - perfect for after beach clean-up. Our large double-wide concrete driveway with plenty of parking is for your use.

Owners are not on the premises. You get the entire house to yourself! We will provide specific directions and area information when you reserve.

Save if you rent for a week: get a 15% discount for a 7 day rental! If you're interested in a longer stay, ask and we can discuss the dates. 3 night minimum stay on reservations.
We do prefer our renters to be verified by airbnb and at least 25 years of age.
TAXES: Airbnb will add the 6% Texas state hotel occupancy tax to the price of your rental. There is also a 9% local hotel occupancy tax, but that is already included in the price of your rental, you will not be charged additionally for the local tax.
Guests must be verified by Airbnb and at least 25 years old (although adults with children are fine).

4. No pets, generally. We may make an exception for a small dog for an additional fee.

The Renter further agrees that the rented property and contents shall  not be used beyond any rated capacity; (2) shall not be used for any illegal purpose;  shall not be used in any manner for which it was not designed, built, or desiqnated by the manufacturer;  will not be used in a negligent manner;  will not be operated by any other person without the written permission of the Owner.
Renter also agrees that there will be no smoking and no pets allowed on the property.
Renter agrees that the Owner is not responsible for any personal injury sustained by anyone entering the property at any time.
Renter agrees that the Owner is not responsible for any damage sustained by the renter or anyone else to his/her personal property.
The Renter hereby agrees that he/she shall fully indemnify the Owner for any and all damaqe to or loss of the rented property and any accessories or related equipment during the term of this Agreement whether caused by fire, theft, flood, vandalism, or any other cause, except that which shall be determined to have been caused by a fault or deficiency of the rented property, accessories, or equipment. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for any damages to the property during the rental period.
The Renter hereby agrees to pay the Owner at the rate of $ per _

The Renter further agrees to make a deposit of $ (Amount) with the Owner. Said
deposit to be used, in the event of loss of or damage to the rented property and any accessories/equipment during the term of this Agreement, to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs, replacement or cleaning of premises.
RETURN OF PROPERTY TO OWNER
The Renter hereby agrees to return the rented property and any accessories/equipment to the Owner no later than the above mentioned rental ending date.
