Stunning Loft (private entrance/private bath) in a classic 1927 home.Nestled in the Hills; 4 min Walk from top of Runyon Canyon. Comforts of a hotel studio suite - Private Bath,Queen Bed,Kitchenette, Netflix/HBO/Amazon Prime OR stream your own with RokuCast. 2nd bed avail if you have a 3rd person (or just want a 2nd bed): simply select '3 guests' when booking so I know, and pricing will automatically adjust. Close to it all; away from it all. You are 3 min drive from the heart of Hollywood, but also a 5 min WALK from one of the most beautiful hikes in all of Los Angeles.
Should you book as having a 3rd guest (or simply to have two beds for your needs), I have a fantabulous raised (height of a regular bed) extra long air mattress (with a mattress softener) apart from the Queen that already lives in the suite .

If you're traveling to Universal studios, Hollywood Bowl or Downtown Hollywood, it's a 4 to 6 dollar uber ride away. Consider saving on parking and just popping over for the day :)
• Check-in time is 3PM.
• No parties or events
• Not suitable for pets
• No smoking anywhere on property
Some of the usual basics - no smoking anywhere on the property, no pets, no illegal drug use; no filming without prior permission. It's also a pretty quiet neighborhood - so respecting the privacy of the surrounding houses on entry and exit each night would be much appreciated. Otherwise, enjoy!
Hey! Welcome to my home :) Having lived all over the world - New York, Israel, London, Japan - despite the cultural differences, there always seems to be items that make a universal home. With any luck, I'm providing those for a nice and cozy stay while you're here. On a side note, I'm a huge foodie, so the restaurants that I've suggested in the travel guide are my recommendations after having visited each one of them a few times apiece - so, tastiness AND consistency :)
