Great neighborhood lined with trees, close to all the major public car routes and short walk from bus stations and a 3 minute walk to the nicest supermarket in town: Bravo. Only a 10 minute walk to the Monument or the major shopping areas as well.
Its a peaceful neighborhood in the center of everything! The trees and birds make it a pleasurable natural habitat, and keep the area cool.

I lead international travelers on tours all over the island for over 5 years and know it like the back of my hand. Any tourism, social, cultural or historical questions you have i'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
Please do not make too much noise in the late hours, we want to keep happy neighbors!
Quiet hours from 10pm on weekdays, 11/12am on the weekends (be conscientious)
Water is kept in 5 gallon containers and should be available cold from the refrigerator. Do not drink the tap water (brushing teeth is fine).
Toilet paper must be thrown away in a trash bin inside the bathroom, it cannot be flushed or will cause serious plumbing problems that guest is responsible for fixing.
The hot water heater is a switch that turns on a red light in the hallway, it works by turning it on for 10 mins before you bathe, please shut it off as soon as you are done showering.
Please shut off lights and fans when not in use. (Electricity here is the most expensive in most of latin america.).
Thank you for your consideration!
