Please be ecologic, do not waste water and electricity. The apartment is well insulated, so if you leave during the day, it is not necessary to leave the A/C all day long, you can turn it on when you return from your day out. Think about turning off the lights when you leave.
Note there is a 0.70€ tax to pay for each day of stay. This is not included in the price. We are happy to take care of your registration for you: you will need to provide your passports and the amount of the tax.
Please note that Condominium Associations are not frequent yet in Montenegro ; as much as we can guarantee the apartment will be very clean and tidy, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the common areas of the building will be.
Please take care of the personal belongings in the apartment.
