Home and room are in amazing condition! Neighborhood is very nice & 100% safe. Plenty of driveway parking. Room has a full bedroom set with queen bed, nightstands, dresser, desk, chairs, television, mini-fridge, microwave, and more, as well as a nice, private, attached bathroom. Rest of the house is newly remodeled and very nice too.
The basement room has great self-regulating temperature and is typically cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I've added an ironing board and iron, an umbrella, a space heater, a box fan, a microwave, and a mini fridge for use if desired.

Usually we're pretty open about our guests being able to use our kitchen (as long as they clean up) and laundry room for a load or two of laundry.

We're always available to help with anything you might need! There's an information sheet in the basement with a bunch of information about the room, as well as our phone numbers should you need anything from us.
The neighborhood is a family neighborhood in the suburbs. It's very close to almost any retail store you'd want, close to the freeway for easy access to Salt Lake or other cities further south, but in a quiet and relatively newly built area.
There is a train station for the UTA Frontrunner about a 4 minute drive from the house. The frontrunner leads to other electric trains and busses that can get you just about anywhere in or around Salt Lake City or even as far north as Ogden or Pleasant View or as far south as Provo.

I'm originally from the midwest (Michigan and Wisconsin) but have lived in Utah for about 12 years now. I'm recently married, and my wife and I are both active and love to travel. I'm a web developer and teach programming to people looking for a career change, and my wife is a master violinist and works in the marketing department of a company in Salt Lake. We love music, good movies, great food, and even better company!
