Guidance for 1103 SW 110th St.
Here are some helpful hints for staying at 1103 SW 110th St. Seattle, WA 98146
You should have the code to turn off the alarm. To turn on simply close doors and hit the ON button, then walk out. Please wait to make sure the alarm doesn’t sound. This alarm doesn’t call 911, its just internal security. I get a text and email if it goes off.
The deadbolt on the front door can be used when inside. The handle also has a lever, this is to make it so the door doesn’t auto lock-if you want to go in and out of the house. Please make sure it is horizontal when you leave for day or check out, so the door is locked and doesn’t open without the door code. If you feel the need to lock when you leave, take the keys on top of alarm keypad. F is for front door. S is for studio, which is my residence-if a breaker were to flip; you could come in the side back door and access the breaker panel on the far wall of the bedroom. The French doors are hard to close, pull hard on the handle to through the deadbolt, or just lock the handle.
The tear shaped remote turns on the TV. To turn it off, you have to raise it high and hit the power button! I don’t know why, but it helps to wave it around up high to turn off!
Use the smaller remote to turn the sound bar on. You can turn volume up and down with and all other activities with the tear shaped remote. If you hit the colored button (home button) the options will appear on the bottom of the screen. There is no cable, just the antenna, which can be moved outside the door if reception is poor.
The washer and dryer should be self explanatory.
The AC is turned on by remote which is on the top and temp up and down. If it reads FL, it will need to be emptied. If you want to take it out, it can be stored in front closet by the alarm keypad.
The dishwasher can be activated by hitting the wash button. Then hit it again to start.
The garbage, recycle, and compost can be taken out to the bins on the street. Garbage is picked up Tuesdays early am, so trash/recycle containers should be put out Monday night and placed under tree after pick-up. Compost doesn’t get picked up-I take that myself-so no need to put out.
My number is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). If you cant get a hold of me, my sister Anne can be called at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Enjoy your stay! Thanks, Tim O’Connor
