Ultra Modern renovated & decorated Mid-Century apartment on the water! A spacious layout of about 1200 square feet, terrazzo floors, fully equipped kitchen - Italian cabinetry, Quartz counter tops, top of the line full size Samsung appliances, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Large family room flows into the dinning area making it the center of the home. The split floor plan accommodates guests on either side of the apartment allowing for privacy. Two beautiful modern bathrooms featuring glass tile and the latest Moen fixtures. You will enjoy luxurious Vera Wang towels, crisp Percale sheets, soft & firm Pacific Coast Down Pillows and the most comfortable sleep on a Simmons Beauty Rest all used in the finest four and five star hotels. In addition, a modern memory foam sofa sleeper in the living area sleeps two. The unit is equip with front loading Samsung washer and dryer for your convenience, 60 inch Samsung LED Smart TV and Bluray in the living area and 42 inch Samsung LED Smart TV's in the bedrooms - All HDTV and high speed wireless internet. Private balcony overlooking the bay allows for stunning views of the sunrise and the occasional dolphin. You have access to your very own stainless steel BBQ just off the steps from your balcony. Access to swimming pool area. Two assigned off street parking spaces. Dock sits on the water, great for soaking in the sun, fishing, and enjoying those bay views. All this and just steps away from the beach and main strip! Why rent a room, when you can rent a home!

BY BOOKING WITH US ALL GUEST OF 665 BAY ESPLANADE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES

1) Check-in time is 4 pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request and I will try my best to accommodate you. Please be aware that a fee may apply.

2) Check-out time is 11 am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request and I will try my best to accommodate you. Please be aware that a fee may apply.
Please keep in mind that we operate at a 90% occupancy rate and it takes the cleaning crew anywhere from 4-5 hours to clean an apartment this size. On the other hand if you want to guarantee a late check-out, you can book an extra night. The same goes with an early check-in. I try to accommodate our guest the best way possible but I am not able to guarantee and early check-in or a late check-out unless you reserve it.

3) Parking. You have 2 reserved parking market with the number of the apartment you are occupying. Please be respectful of other guest and do not take up their parking spaces.

4) Adult supervision. Please accompany your children at all times. Adult supervision is required for all children in the pool, around the docks and seawall.

5) Thermostat. Please do not set the AC lower than 69 degrees as the compressor may freeze and cause damage. Also, please be mindful of energy consumption and race the temperature to at least 75 degrees when you are out for the day.

6) Towels. We provide white bath towels and white and blue beach towels.
-Please do not use the white towels for the beach.
-Do not use white towels and washcloth when removing makeup.
-Makeup pads are provided in the bathroom drawers or cabinets of each bathroom.
- Damage to towels caused by makeup, dirt or food will have a replacement cost of $45 per bath towel, $25 per hand towel and $10 per washcloth.

7) Smoking. For the comfort of all guest, smoking is not allowed in the apartment, pool area and dock area. Please be mindful of other guests and surroundings and do not toss cigarette buds or ashes over the balconies, into the garden area or bay.

8) Smoking is allowed in your private balcony or private patio only.

9) Fishing is allowed in the dock area only.
For the comfort of all guests, please refrain from fishing on the seawall around the property and cooking or frying fish inside the apartment. Please use the grill outside.

10) Cooking Fish inside the unit is not allowed. For the comfort of all future guest please use the grills outside the unit.

11) Grills. When using the grills please make sure you turn off the propane tank after each use, otherwise the gas will leak out.

12) Noise. Loud music, parties or noisy get-togethers are not allowed.

13) Parties of any kind are not allowed.

14) Moving Furniture. As guest on the second floor, please be mindful of guest in the apartment under you and limit moving furniture during the evenings and early in the morning.

15) Pets are allowed. They must be house trained. A fee applies to each pet according to its size. If you decide to bring your pet please be mindful of other guest and:
-Keep your pet on a leash when in the common areas.
-Pick up after your pet.
-Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
-Please keep pets off furniture and beds.
-Also keep in mind that excess cleaning due to pets using the furniture may result in a fee charge.

16) Disposing of Trash and Personal Items. Please do not dispose of the following products down the toilet:
-Any kind of feminine products including face wipes.
-Baby products like “disposable dippers or wipes”
-Paper towels.
-Trash bags are provided for the kitchen and bathrooms to dispose of all trash. There are trash bins in the outside of the building for daily disposal if needed.

17) Pool Rules. There are no set hours to use the pool, but for the comfort of all guest of 665 Bay Esplanade and neighbors, please keep the noise down in the morning hours and late afternoon and evenings.
-Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-Glass bottles are not allowed in the pool area.
-Please refrain from smoking.
-Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

18) Check-out time Instructions.
-Use the provided trash bags to remove all your trash from the apartment. The bins are located outside on the right side of the building.
-Place all used towels inside the tub.
-Put all dirty dishes inside the dishwasher.
-Set the thermostat back to 76 degrees.


19) Disclosure. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property. Also, we are not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.

We have now had the privilege of staying at Lina's place when visiting family for two years in a row and hope to do so for many years to come. Her flat is gorgeous, immaculate, and makes you feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. We would move in if we could! Thank you Lina!! Best Airbnb on the planet!

A great place to stay! Spacious apartment with a lovely veranda to sit overlooking the water. We even saw dolphins one day. Clearwater is a beautiful beach and there are chairs & a trolley you can use to take everything to the beach. The apartment has great laundry facilities, provides plenty of towels & beach towels, so you don't need to bring too much with you!

Tucked away over looking the bay but a 7 min walk to the beach on the other side. All tiled/marble-like floors so no beach mildew possible! Nice, clean and crisp accommodations. Easy parking, easy to get to places via car or the trolley or take a walk to the beach or nearby restaurants. Watch the sunrise over the bay from the balcony.

Lina's place is exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and had all the modern furnishings and equipment you could wish for. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and having a cocktail ! We slept soundly as the beds are nice and comfy. In terms of location it is walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and bars (about 10 minutes walk). We ate in some great places and had lovely sunset drinks at Frenchy's on the beach. We hired a beach bed for the day from the Hilton and spent a lovely day relaxing in comfort on the beach (which is a spectacular white sandy affair - easily makes our top ten beaches ever !). So all in all we had a lovely stay in Clearwater Beach, Lina's place is ideally situated to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Would happily recommend this apartment to my friends and family. The place lives up to its online reviews and the owner is very pleasant and responsive. Hip decor, nice amenities and good beds as well as linen. On the inter coastal and walkable to the beach within minutes as well as bars and restaurants while being in a quiet location. Will stay here again.
