An elevator takes you to the 8th floor of the buildling. Enter into a stunning mirrored entrance hall that is lined with interesting photography to reach the apartment in style. This home is finished throughout in neutral colours of white and cream with splashes of colour and modern, elegant design. The living area at the rear end of the apartment is gorgeously light with glass patio doors and floor to ceiling windows on both sides. Step out onto the balcony and be taken aback by the stunning City views of the London Eye and Crystal Palace and the River Thames with its bobbing boats and peaceful waters. This bright room has a modern 2-piece chaise longue in white and a large wooden dining table that will seat up to four guests comfortably. Conveniently, the kitchen is just off this room and beautifully finished with its own balcony and sliding doors to separate it from the living room. It has granite worktop surfaces and wooden units with all of the best facilities for use including an electric cooker, concealed dishwasher and an American-style fridge with ice machine. Enjoy breakfast with a view out on the balcony or a drink in the late evening after a day in the City.
The first bedroom is wonderfully light and airy with a King-sized bed and large windows with views of the River. It has built-in wardrobe space and a study area with a desk – ideal for a laptop user. It also has the luxury of an en suite bathroom finished to a high standard in white tiles with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has access to the main balcony with its outstanding views over the River and of the City beyond. Chairs and a table have been arranged here so guests can enjoy al fresco dining with a view! The bedroom, finished in classic white with a soft cream rug, has a Super King-sized bed and built-in storage. The second shower room is located in the hall and has sleek, modern design featuring large mirrors which add depth and light. It is finished in warm brown tiling with nice additional features such as glass storage shelves with under-unit lighting.
Please note that there is some noise from a nearby helipad but the double glazing is great!
