The Green Pearl is a lovely two-story newer home. There are 3 bedrooms (king, queen, full, twin trundle beds, and a queen sofa bed), two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. An air mattress, toddler bed, and pack-n-play are also available upon request for additional guests. The outdoor lounging areas offer patio furniture, a firepit, and a barbecue! All for you to enjoy!

Everything on the premises is yours to enjoy! Guest on the reservation must be 25+ years old. Please no pets, smoking, underage drinking or drug use. Please no loud parties and no loud noises after 9pm out of respect to our neighbors. Since there is another home on the property, be mindful of the privacy if other guests are staying there.
Please keep in mind the City of Oceanside requires a 11.5% tax for all short term occupants. We will collect that upon arrival by cash or check and submit it to the city.
Everything in this home is for your use during your stay here. So open up cupboards and make yourself at home!
Please leave any unused products (including paper products, coffee,, spices, soap, etc.) for the guests following you. Anything missing beyond normal use, including towels and linens, will be deducted from your deposit.
Call or text me if you need additional lawn furniture, boogie boards, or beach toys. In the back yard is a gas barbecue and firepit for evening relaxation. If the bbq is used during your stay, please clean it thoroughly for the next guests.
The attached garage is being used for storage and is off limits.
Sand is harmful to the plumbing so there is a hose on the side of the house to rinse as much sand off as possible before entering. Also, please hang wet/sandy beach towels outside to dry and do not dry them in the dryer.
Keep in mind that CA is in a severe drought and to use water sparingly.
