Welcome to our Modern Highland Park Retreat located a few minutes walk on York Blvd to all the Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Retail stores, all down the street!

Der Wohnraum

Highland Park remains one of the few corners of L.A. that is truly a neighborhood.
It is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Los Angeles, just a five minute walk and you arrive at parks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and funky retail stores.

The entire house is completely remodeled and designer decorated for your optimal enjoyment! We have a 3 bedroom 1 bath home; One Bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom is with a Queen bed, and the third is with a Queen size Sofa bed (which is VERY comfortable). The bathroom is completely remodeled with new everything and lots of style brining enjoyment to every shower or bath.

There is a private outdoor space with a table to enjoy a meal or simply lounge outside. there is also plenty of room for kids to play and run around. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook yourself up a gourmet meal and enjoy it in the formal dining area.

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard space. There is another unit in the back of the property that is separated by a fence.

We have code locks on the doors so Guests can arrive and checkout at their convenience within the checkin (3pm) and checkout (11am) times.

There are two units on this property. Each is a free-standing private house with NO shared walls and separate backyard spaces.
**PARKING: There is a driveway on the property... the parking spots for this house is the right side, it can accommodate 2 cars parked in tandem. There is one other parking spot to the left which is allocated for the back unit, please be mindful when parking as to allow the others to park as well, thank you!

4. Please don't leave any flammables such as candles,incense unattended.
5. If you need an extra key or lost a key please notify us (do not duplicate our
house keys) and please return the keys at the end of your stay.
6. Please keep the house reasonably clean and organized.
7. Please keep front door locked while in the house or when you (website hidden),Heater & Lights must be turned off while out for your fun day (otherwise subject to deposit deduction)

9. Early check in/late check out are subject to availability and additional charges of (phone number hidden) an Hour
10. A weekly cleaning service is mandatory for reservations of 1 week or more,

of our guests and likewise, best communication via text or email
12 . Bring your own shampoo,conditioner and bath soap and please keep in
mind we don't provide extra toilet paper
13. ***TOILETS*** DO NOT THROW ANYTHING BUT TOILET PAPER INTO THE TOILETS !!! All other garbage (i.e. Tampons, baby wipes, paper towels, etc) is to go into the waste basket provided! If toilets are misused it will be subject to DEPOSIT DEDUCTION!!

I stayed here with my 3 adult sons and adult daughter and it was wonderful. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were walking distance to coffee shops and other stores. Many thanks to Orlee and Niev.

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in busy LA. We were in town for workcation and this was a perfect place for us to stay on the northside.

What a fantastic stay at Orlee 's / Niev's houses. We booked the front & back units for our Mom's birthday. Bright, chic, clean place :-) Very comfortable beds & furnitures. Ample parking with big secured back space for kids to play around. Orlee was always quick to respond. She provided us a brand new griller upon request. Her service was family-like and prompt! Highly recommend their houses. Thank you very much Orlee & Niev.

This house was great. Walking distance from everything on York, and even though the house is located on a busy street, you'd never know it once inside - the bright interior is peaceful, quiet and spacious. Everyone was very happy.
