This is a great remodeled home in a neighborhood that you can spend weeks exploring all of the fabulous dining spots! Check out my guidebook with all of my close by favorites!
This is a classic and thoughtfully remodeled 1911 Craftsman style Portland bungalow. There are hardwood floors, well insulated walls and windows, forced air heat, tankless on demand hot water heater, comfortable and clean. There are two guest rooms, each with a separate listing.
Great close in location near Alberta Arts district, close to three bus lines and not too far from the Max line. Walk or easy bike to co-op and several grocery stores, farmer´s markets are nearby on Saturdays and Sundays, N Williams and Mississippi Ave for lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, live music, Peninsula Park rose garden, library, and so much more! It's an easy 15 minute drive to the airport or the Pearl District and Downtown.
Some of the best food that Portland has to offer is located right in the neighborhood. The options seem endless, but if you need suggestions, I have lived here a long time and know many of the best places to dine and drink and see a show.
The two bedrooms are on the main floor on either side of the shared bathroom. There is a comfortable memory foam and spring style queen size bed, dresser, spacious closet, and a desk.
The kitchen is spacious and filled with lots of handmade dishes. Filtered water is on the fridge and a coffee maker and grinder available.
There is a nice front porch with sitting area and landscaped yard with lots of large trees, native style garden and patio seating in the back with a BBQ and outdoor fireplace.
Ceramics, sculpture, paintings, and prints are throughout the house. My ceramic studio is in the basement.
Eli the bengal mix cat that lives here mainly stays in my bedroom upstairs except when in the kitchen to eat. He doesn't shed much, so if allergies are an issue you may not even notice it here.

Weitere wichtige Infos
I have a very old cat, and sometimes he gets a bit vocal. Don't be alarmed because he sounds like a baby crying!

I'm a ceramic artist and also teach classes. I spend my free time cooking, working in the yard, making things, and enjoying good wine, beer, and food. I've been in Portland for almost 20 years and living here suits me well! I love the food and drink scene here, and regularly go out to visit art galleries and live music.
