I'm very happy to recommend this apartment as a great place for several people to stay in Paris. We had seven in our group, with five adults and two small children. The apartment is very comfortable, with the rooms spread out nicely, and a great kitchen. We prepared and ate many our meals at home, and there are high quality foods nearby at small markets, or the larger Carrefour market. There are also fine stores for buying bread (prepare to eat many baguettes!), wine & beer, cheese, meats, etc. within a short walk. Across the street is a small park with two playgrounds for kids ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)), and a great carousel nearby below Sacre Coeur. Isabelle also recommended a really wonderful amusement park for us to visit after a short Metro ride - Jardin D'Acclimitation. The Metro station is very near, and visitors should expect to use it often for an extended stay, and maybe also consider a 3-day pass for the L'Open Tour Bus and Boat combination. Montmartre is a wonderful neighborhood, with a great mix of quiet streets, bustling cafes, places for take-out food, lovely restaurants, as well as tourists around Sacre Coeur (especially on weekend). Seb'On restaurant is two blocks away, and a great place for a special dinner. Our hosts were generous with their time, and helped us out with a number of questions and recommendations via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) text messages. We were all happy to know we had a quiet & comfortable apartment to return to each day.
