Louise has a wonderful apartment that is close to the train station and has access to the whole city. The apartment is a warehouse conversion that is light filled, fitted out exquisitely in all rooms and spaces and felt like home away from home. Louise had prompt and concise communication and welcomed my partners parents with open arms and a warm loaf of bread. Would definitely stay again.

Will definitely recommend family and friends to stay at Louise's place. Louise is very easy to communicate with. She is always responsive and offer assistance where needed, more importantly, she respect our personal space and gave us a remarkable Airbnb experience. During this trip, we had been cooking quite a bit. It is great that Supermarkets are at convenient locations. Full kitchen appliances, condiments, etc were all provided, making it feels no different than cooking at home. Without a doubt, I will be visiting again. Kat x

Louise was so kind. And she left us sourdough bread, bacon, eggs, wine and chocolate. The house is the most amazing air BnB I've ever stayed in. So relaxing and the interior was incredible. I never wanted to leave. Only 1 minute walk to St Peters station and so close to everything. Will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends!

Great place, comfortable, funky and has everything you could need for a great stay including the kitchen fitout. Great location next to the train station and King St, and for dog owners a park across the road and short walk to Sydney park. Made things very easy!

You can see all the stats about the place and location on-line. You can also see the consistent raves about your hosts Louise & Matt. The words don't even come close. We've been going to Sydney for 2-4 months annually for 8 years and no place anywhere in or around the city can compare. We will never stay anyplace else. The owner is a professional photographer with an artist's eye. The decor reflects that and is so beautiful and interesting that you never have to leave the apartment to have a wonderful day exploring every nook and cranny. One person complained about the sound of the nearby train. We live year round in a beachfront property in SoCal, and the smooth sound of the passing electric trains are no more disturbing than the sound of the waves. The location is the finest. Just a short train ride to Circular Quay and all the other downtown attractions with the privacy, quiet and pleasure of a near suburb across the street from a park. All the 8 other 1-BR places where we've stayed have always been described as having a living/dining room; one smallish dual-use space. This place has a dining room with a huge beautiful natural wood dining table and a full living room that opens onto a shaded patio almost equal in size to the living room. It's not the bottle of champagne and chocolates you find when you first arrive. It's the daily delight of living in a true upscale home with your hosts just the other side of the courtyard ready to help with any little thing and providing an occasional little "sweet" from the local bakery just to be nice. You'd better make your reservations without delay. We already rebooked for our next two-month stay and are planning on making it 4 months and returning for another 4 after 2 months back here in Long Beach. We've stayed at Italian villa's in Tuscany, B&Bs in Big Sur and all over the US. There is no place that can compare. This is not a "business" to Louise and Matt, it's their avocation.

We look forward to welcoming you into our Warehouse conversion home. Within the building envelope but separate and private the apartment is an oasis in the inner west of Sydney. Located within a 7klm radius of the city centre it is both convenient and comfortable.

The building itself fronts onto Camdenville Oval and only a very short walk (no more than 200 metres) to Sydney Park. A park perfect for sunday afternoon picnics or if you're inclined, exercise.
