There is a fitness centre and rooftop with two BBQs and tables and chairs for dining and suntanning. In addition to visitor parking there is metered street parking and also a paid lot at the end of my street. There is underground paid parking right across the street at the Holiday Inn.

Please remove shoes while in the unit, clean your dishes etc. - basically please do your best to leave it as you found it.
