Good cellular connection on Verizon. No TV, but we were able to use the phone as a hotspot for game of thrones!

Mary's cabins are located in a quiet, scenic spot. The river, with private access is just accros the road, and the fire pit behind the cabins makes a perfect place to unwind after the long day. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch early morning and working with a dreamy river as a backdrop.

Excellent communication from host, well-organized and attractive space, with a well-outfitted kitchen and comfortable beds. It's a bit cold for a Fall stay, especially if you don't use the propane heater a lot. Location is quite nice- my kids liked checking out the woods immediately next to the cabin, there's a nice view of the river. One exception to otherwise excellent communication: The tapwater smells *very* strongly of sulfur, and there wasn't any notice related to this in the house. Most people wouldn't drink water with such a strong smell, but it would be good to have assurance whether it is safe for bathing, washing, and cooking.

Antwort von Mary:
The water is well water and a slight sulfur smell is common in this area. There is a massive filtration system in the shed behind cabin #1, the water is tested twice a year and is quite potable. We also provide a 5 gallon jug of bottled water on the porch.

My husband and I have been residents of the NEPA Endless Mt area for 17 years. We own a small farm just outside of Meshoppen where we reside with our 5 horses and a very spoiled Pembroke Welsh Corgi (Willow).

I enjoy crafting, embroidery and up-cycling. Keith is a computer technician on site at the P&G plant in Mehoopany, as well as, a musician (drummer and guitarist).

We have enjoyed upgrading the cabins and look forward to meeting all our guests this season.
