Check in and check out time is very flexible, just let me know in advance when you are planning to arrive and depart.
- Please remove shoes when you enter
- no smoking in and outside the premises
- no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying/no outside guests allowed in the suite
- do not leave wet towels on the wooden floor
- do not use the towels to clean your shoes or make up
- please respect our neighbours with regards to noise and loud music after 9 PM
The garbage chute is located on every floor of the building. Please dispose of the garbage in the chute.
If you are not familiar with the operations of the dishwasher/washer/dryer, please call me for assistance or demo. The washing machine does not open until it has stopped completely. Forcing it to open will damage the machine. Also, please note that the dishwasher has to stop itself before you can open it. When using the dishwasher, please only use a tablet designated for use in dishwashers; do not use regular dish washing detergent. Please note that if you see a leakage in the toilet or anywhere else in the apartment, notify me immediately.
At the time of check in, you will be provided with clean towels and linens. The consumables such as the toilet papers and soap bars will be provided before you check in.
The unit is intended for the use of registered guest(s) only. Failure to report unregistered guests will result in additional fees. It is important to maintain the safety of the Guest and the Host at all times, therefore any visitors or additional overnight guests must be reported to the Host. The common elements of the condo comes fully equipped with security cameras to maintain the safety and integrity of all residences and guests.
The guest(s) undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
*Guests will be charged for any damages incurred to the property or any complaints reported by building management.
*The fee for missing FOB's for key will be $100.
*$250 fee will be charged from security deposit if guest smoked inside the unit.
